The best thing about border terriers is that you can use the word "grizzled" to describe their fur. Think about it. How many times can you use that word in day-to-day conversation? Probably not many, unless you are the proud owner of a border terrier. That is a huge selling point. Also, it makes them look wizened even as babies. This combination of baby/old man is a prevailing theme among dog adorableness. Tony is no exception.

tony looks like he's pretty well taken over the neighborhood. i see he has all kinds of friends to play with. what a pretty face. he's adorable. please scratch those perfect, scruffy ears for me.
Tony is perfect the way he is-- I love that scruffy look- sort of like Tramp from Lady and the tramp-- he is suppose to look like this and he is a handsome fellow, from his floopy little ears to his whiskery face to his scruffy fur-- just perfect
i have a 6 month border terrier. they are SO SWEET AND SMART. tony looks just like my chance. he looks taken care of and loved and like he has he has lots of fun. lucky him and lucky you.
