Its hard to choose, they are all good! I think I like #2 the best, but it is so hard to choose.

What kind of dog is Fiona? I love the beard or moustache, if thats what you call it!

Don't know for sure but probably some sort of mini schnauzer mix.

Bailey must get on a cover for a dog magazine, you must submit! Fionas pictures turned really well. How did the photoshoot with the mom to be turn out? If you posted that somewhere else, I will find it.

Some women positively glow when they are with child. If anyone could capture that, I'm sure it would be you Kristen. I do hope she allows you to post the pictures on here. Tell her "it's just us" looking; a small group of mostly women. :D

(If you follow my blog this is pretty much just copied and pasted, but it was easier than re-typing lol)

[img]Here are some additional photos from the maternity shoot that I shot yesterday. It was a learning experience for me as a photographer, and a challenge at times to get the two dogs (or rather Brewster) to cooperate at times, but it was a lot of fun and I think we got some keepers in the bunch. Here are some of my favorites from the shoot.

The first part of the session we were attempting to get some photos of just Sarah and the dogs. Brewster wasn’t wanting anything to do with it, so the first few shots were just of Milton and Sarah. Milton was ever so happy just to lay by his mom’s side. Milton was their “first child,” and as you can tell is the biggest cuddle bug ever.

We were finally able to get Brewster’s attention for the belly kissing photos that Sarah wanted.

Then we even rounded him up for some family shots.

Finally getting Brewster’s attention…

This photo would have been perfect had Sarah and Larry been ready for it. I absolutely love Milton’s expression but unfortunately I snapped this too soon so Sarah’s hands aren’t relaxed and ready yet.

Just the new mom & dad...

Great job Kristen, I knew you would do a good job!!! I absolutely love the first family photo of both of them with the two dogs. It looks so relaxed and natural. I'm very proud of you girl!!

(I really like all of the photos, but the one I mentioned struck me as soon as I saw it)

I thought the Family Shots were wonderful, as they all were. Yay for Sarah for allowing you to share those with us. She is glowing, and her husband looks awfully pleased with himself as well.

Good luck to them and blessings for the baby!

Thanks everyone :) Maybe I'll get to take some newborn photos of George when he arrives :)

Now just a little post because I am so proud of my little agility dog

I think I only posted this in the photography thread before, but here is Bailey practicing his weave poles that we made for him at home.

Image

Weave poles have always been a challenging obstacle for Bailey. He just never got to practice them and the only times he did them was for 5 minutes a week during the time periods when we would be taking classes. The other weekend we decided to finally make a set for home (super cheap to make, 15 dollars worth of supplies at home depot for the set of 6).

That photo was taken last weekend when we made them and did a little practicing. We didn't practice at all over the past week, but today I decided to set them up in the yard and do a little more work. Bailey did SO good today! He was practically weaving on his own and didn't need my hand to guide him, just the repeated verbal cues to "weave," and he is so close to mastering it. I am so proud of him. It is amazing the difference it has made in his weaves just to have a set at home and to be able to practice two times so far. With repeated practice, he is going to be a weaving maniac.

In the next day or so, I'm going to make Craig come out with us and video tape him. I am such a proud agility dog mom today :)

These are some of my favorite dog park photos that I have taken... however they aren't of Bailey because this is all he did the whole time
