Rocco , Miley and friends (Miley has a new fear)

They play so well together. I was amused to see Rocco just saunter past the merriment and go to where you were. He is a funny one.:

I think the lazy one would be more accurate. He doesn't see the need to exude too much energy if he doesn't have to.

Moto came for a visit. Here are some more pictures.
So do you think Moto still looks Aussie or does she look more Border Collie?
She is very quite. I always thought BCs were more barky, But I might be wrong.

No matter what she is, she is still so cute. She was a very bad girl at my parent house last weekend.
They didn't want to borrow the crate for her and she got on top of the pool table while they were gone. Oops.

Miley seems to love Moto and Rocco seems to tolerate her. Moto is growing into a beautiful young lady.

She didn't damage the pool table just took some magazines off it and left some paw prints.
Miley isn't the only naughty puppy anymore. My mom actually said Miley is much better now.

Rocco is a little grumpy with Moto. He really tells her off when she gets too in his face.

He just watches the two crazy ones play, as long as they don't play too close to him. But he steps in and breaks them up when they are getting too crazy or if one yelps. He acts like their dad. Telling them to cool it off. Then goes and lays back down.

I'm glad Miley has a girlfriend to really play with, they look like they are having a blast!

Kwak, isn't that wonderful that your Mom now thinks Miley is the better behaved one. That's a win/win.

I smiled so much at your description of Rocco with the girls. That does sound very Fatherly. He is such a beauty.

Oh, and I am pleased that it was only paw prints and a few magazines on the pool table. It could have been so much worse!

Moto look so much like the border collie we had when I was a kid, except he had longer hair. Tri color borders are one of my favorites! She is a beautiful girl!

I do love the last photo with Rocco. Speaking of a beautiful dog - he is just gorgeous!

I see both Aussie and BC in Moto. If you could combine the two I've had, Boomer and Sadie they would turn out looking like Moto! Moto has the same brown eyebrows, slightly stand up ears and speckles on his nose just like Boomer who was aussie & blue heeler. But Moto has the BC tail, exactly like Sadie's. Both of mine had (and have) the shorter fur, although it is still over an inch long it lays flat just like Moto's does.

I have to say I had to do a double take when I saw the first of the set of three pictures. From the nose up it looks just like Boomer did, same expression too. I would take him in a hearbeat!!!!!! I know he's already taken

Sadie just walked in the room and I had to look from her to Boomers picture - I'm not kidding if you mixed the two of them.....There's Moto! Wow. He's a gorgeous dog!

Well I went to my first Doggie Meetup Group, We had dinner at a Greek restaurant that allows dogs on the patio.
Miley was really scarred at first. She growled a little if the other dogs got too close to her face. She was fine with butt sniffing but stay away from the face.

But she got better as the night went on and in the end she made friends with the little shih tzu Cupcake.
Here are some photos from last night. There was also one other dog. But he left before I took out my camera.
So in all there were 7 puppy parents and 5 puppies ( well dogs, Miley was the youngest at 1 1/2)

What a great event! I'm glad Miley relaxed and was able to make friends and have a good time too!

Miley looks wonderful and I'm glad she made some friends. Will you be attending more of these functions with this group? It seems like a terrific idea.

Miley looks very relaxed,..appears she had a nice time,..and she shows interest,..close up face to face,..is the challenging time,...glad she got through that,..so more meetings i presume.
