Quick hello from the NEWBIES

I am excited about being a part of this site and look forward to not only learning more about my dogs, but getting to know new ones as well. I love looking at everyone's pictures and love to see the LOVE in the pups eyes!! They are all so blessed!!

Any advise you can give me is appreciated! I have always owned dogs (as a kid) but my FIRST dog was Lacy that I have had over a year and our newest bundle is Bella who is 14 weeks old. We've had her a month. We have been trying to have a child for over 3 years without success so for now, these are my babies. I have the nursery all set up and ready to go - just need the baby now (we had an adoption fail a week before he was to be born).. I hope to have the puppy potty trained soon, and look forward to many socialization opportunities.

We enjoy going for our nightly walks (although in GA it's over 100 degrees!!) sometimes those walks get postponed and we play inside! I hope to take them to the lake soon too!! I love seeing dogs in the water!

My heart goes out to you as you struggle with these painful infertility and adoption problems. It took years, lot of tests, lots of treatments and procedures, lots of money, and lots of heartbreak to start our family -- and Indy, the dog we had during that time, was a tremendous comfort to us. I hope Lacy and Bella will help you through this difficult time and, of course, I hope the baby that is meant to be yours will find its way to you soon.
