Finally... meet Boo!

Hi everyone, I know it seems like forever since I've been on here! And I promised that I would show my pup once I got him, so here he is...

This is Boo, a 10 month old BC/sheltie mix. He is such a friendly sweetheart. My mom adopted him from a shelter, after he had been through many changes and moves, while I was at my grandparents house. He was a nice surprise to have when I got home! My mom said the first day he was home, he was very very scared and uncertain of his new home. But now he is certainly making himself comfortable! The first thing I noticed about him was that he is submissive and affectionate. Boo loves to give TONS of kisses!!! He also tries to make himself a lap dog (which is a close cut - he's about 22 pounds and won't be getting any bigger). He thrives on attention!

We named him Boo because we found out his birthday is near Halloween. My first thought was - BOO! (Scary eh? ) And my mom thought it was cute. After all his shelter name was Echo, but he definitely seemed more like a Boo. He sometimes creeps up on you and follows you around going unnoticed

We are still discovering new things about Boo so I might be coming back to update. Here are some pics:

Hooray, you got your puppy!

He is a sweetie. What a lovely boy. My last dog Polly was (we think) a BC/ Sheltie cross. You can see her on my profile. If he is anything like Polly who incidentally lived to the ripe old age of twenty then you have yourself a top pup.
