I'm Tom, the owner of a three year old pitbull named Deez... Our dog definitely beats the common misconception of pitbulls- he's definitely out to please his owners, but definitely very jealous. I also have a cat named Gucci...

I absolutely love the first photo you posted. I had to scroll down and I did enjoy a lovely chuckle when I saw wee Gucci sitting so sweetly with Deez. Obviously they are best friends. (We have another member who has a very large dog that is in love with a recently rescued kitten they have.)

Deez looks like a sweetheart. Welcome to the Daily Puppy from Oliver & Henry (Cavalier King Charles Spaniels) and their Mum, Deborah, in London, Ontario. In what part of the world are you located? If it's the US, Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi Deborah, thanks! I must say myself, they are very photogenic animals. I mean, they have to sniff out cameras! Deez will come plop right in front of me if he sees me with the camera or the laptop, it's like he's a human... And yes, they are definitely best friends! Oh, and I'm in New York! So yes, thanks for the Thanksgiving wishes! I know Thanksgiving has passed in Canada, so, happy... day?

Hi Margie, thanks! It was during Christmas time last year! I have so many photos and I will be sure to post more.

Tom, thanks for letting us know where you are. We have quite a few members who are from New York (State and City). I'm only a couple of hours from Buffalo, as London is about half way between Detroit and Buffalo in the Great Lakes Basin.

I hope you take some time to peruse the other sections of the Forum. We cover all sorts of topics, most of which are dog related. We even have a section at the top of the General section called "Show Yourself" so when you and if you feel like showing us yourself (as most of us are there as well) we'd love to see you too.

What a beautiful blue pit bull boy. I have a pittie, too (mixed with aussie). They are wonderful dogs. Mine loves our kitty but has killed another...other than small game, she won't hurt a fly!

Jaspberry, thanks! When you say you have a Pit mixed with Aussie, do you mean a Pitbull Australian Shepherd Mix? I'm searching Google to see what they look like, and from the results, they are pretty nice! Hairy, too! And yes, Pitbulls are wonderful dogs-- we have people out here who do things to ruin their reputations... If I must say so myself, the most reputable dogs can be the most violent. Thanks again!
