Thanks Kian. I bet Ice loves playing in the ice, hehe. 8) I can tell that Saffy & Pingu love the fact that I am on holidays so they can stay inside with the air-con... lucky puppies, hehe. Plus I'm always home now. It is just crazy hot, not even Summer yet... the hottest time of year gets around Jan-Feb... geez can't wait till that...

Deb try saying "Ann-yeong Has-se-yo" to him, I bet he'd be surprised and happy to hear you say that to him.
Me and my Vietnamese and Philippino friends talk Korean phrases to each other... haha. It's sounds silly because it makes no sense, but we have fun. We basically say in Korean: "Hey!" "Happy New Year" "Mum" "older brother" "thankyou" "hello" "kid" "bye" "sorry" "dad" "father" "mother" "older sister" "day by day" ..... no sentence structure at all, just saying random words to each other. -_- haha  Haha, I won't tell anyone about Ben watching those shows. Well, they were really good shows anyways. A lot of the TV shows that played when I was younger were anime too.

Thanks Lousie! I will try that, after I memorize it. 8) I went into that shop tonight and I had a total brain explosion trying to remember exactly what you had written, so I'm thrilled you've repeated it in a way I might actually be able to pronounce!

I think that's wonderful that you and your friends talk to each other, even in phrases in other languages. That is how intelligent teens behave...broadening their horizons in an intellectual way. :D Your Mum is an amazing woman!

On a different note, I saw a dog today on the television that was the most similar to Pingu I've ever seen before. This dog, however, clearly had "Chinese Crested" in his lineage, but the other facial hairs and expression were so like Pingu. I kept pointing out how much the dog resembled yours that I was finally told "we know Mum"!

Enjoy the warm weather, with the "Air/Co" (as we call it here, or just plain A/C). I'm sure both Saffy and Pingu are chuffed to have you at home for a while. We are expecting 25mm of rain this evening, which is thrilling to me, as last year at this time it was 25 cm of Snow, which trapped people on highways.

It can snow on Christmas Eve so that Christmas morning is white, and then it can thaw on Boxing Day, if I had my way! 8)

Deb, I'm dreaming of a white Christmas... :D Hopefully it goes your way! That sounds so beautiful! I have a very pretty picture of beautiful white snow on a Christmas morning in my head.

I went on a bit of a photo shoot with the puppies outside. The temperature is good, only in the afternoon because during the middle of the day it is so hot that you can do noting but stay inside and relax. 8)

Hmmm, lately there has nothing really to update about other than my latest Youtube Video and the pictures I took, haha. :P

Oh Lousie, Saffy broke my heart! I would have caved, thinking she may need to go out and relieve herself, but I'm sure this is one of her ploys. Pingu was trying to gallant and fix it for her by kissing her sweet face! What a lovely pair they are.

Aren't you headed to the Lagoon soon? If so, why bathe them before you go? Perhaps you had already been and they needed a good wash after. Either way, since it's not cold outside, I would have let them go and do what they wanted, which is probably roll in dirt! :P I'm a pushover.

I loved the photos as well, but then I always do. Pingu and Saffy are maturing so quickly now. Saffy is such a sweet, sweet girl, and Pingu is as ever, the Pistol! I loved the way he was trying to tell Saffy "Say sister, don't worry see...all we have to do is wreck these beds, and we won't have to stay in here...see" :P Sweet Saffy just wanted out of the "bad room" where the baths happen. Bless their sweet hearts!

Louise, I would love to see you truly enjoy a White Christmas at least once in your life. On Christmas Day, it is lovely. After that, it can leave, unless one is into "Winter Sports" :P Actually, there is nothing prettier than when the big flakes start falling on Christmas Eve, and the whole family has made it home safely and no one is travelling in dangerous weather.

Saffy and Pingu are as lovely as ever and I hope you are enjoying your Summer Vacation!

Haha, thanks Deb. Actually we still haven't been to the lagoon yet. But when mum takes her break from work we will, also the video was actually filmed 2months ago... haha.

I got my end of school report card and quite happy with it. I have a total of 3 B's and 15 A's.
For my 6 subjects, academically, I got a B in HPE, Maths Extension & Senior English. Then A's for Senior Science, Social Science(Legal, Economy, Geography, Tourism) & Technology Studies(crafts). And A's for all behaviours and efforts in all subjects. So I'm quite happy.

I went shopping with my friends today (Xmas shopping) - we don't really celebrate Christmas with lots of presents, my family isn't very ..... ~what's the word?~ ..... "into it" or "motivated" for the pressie part of it, haha. But we mainly have a barbie lunch with a few asian dishes and stuff since my mum always has a party thing happening at Xmas time. There are 6 pressies under the tree, 4 for mum, 1 for Saffy & 1 for Pingu.... All from me ~ haha. :)

The main thing I'm excited for Xmas is definitely going to be the part when Saffy & Pingu open their presents! HAHA
Hopefully they know how to open them up.

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR FANTASTIC REPORT CARD!!!

I am SO proud of you, as you should be of yourself! Louise, the world is your oyster and you can do anything to which you set your mind. :D

It's also refreshing to hear that the pressies are the last thing that is important on your Christmas list. A happy gathering, with friends and a lovely party to mark the day is, what I believe, the intention of the Holiday as well as the birth of Christ, for Christians. I'm sure your Mum puts on a lovely party and I would love to sample some of the dishes. You will have to regale us with the menu. I'm all about the food.

When you first mentioned a "barbie" party, I thought of the doll!!! It took me a minute to switch to "Oz" lingo and realize you meant, what we call, BBQ. LOL!!!!!

Pingu and Saffy look as brilliant and as lovely as ever. ♥

Right now, it is looking more and more like we may have a "Green" Christmas which suits me just fine. Last year at this time, the snow banks were already so high, it was depressing. I keep wishing that this winter will be far kinder to us and bring far less snow in than in the past 3 years making travel safer for everyone and me not having to wear boots all the time. 8)

Thank you Brenda! I'm sure when I tell Saffy & Pingu that, they will be flattered. I have to maintain and improve this report card for next year!!! :)

Haha Deb thankyou. Haha, LETS EAT DOLLS FOR LUNCH!!!  Hmmm, a green Christmas sounds nice. For our Xmas I've got my FINGERS CROSSED for a NO RAIN Christmas, since last years was quite depressing will the horrible rain on what's meant to be a "Jolly Good Time".  Yeah, so last Christmas was a black/grey Christmas.... definitely a Christmas Killer... -_-

On other new for CHRISTMAS  KILLER...
Pingu is trying to ruin his own Christmas by opening his present early!!!
It's 4 Days to Xmas and he just CANNOT wait!!!
He is definitely more excited than everyone in the family! HAHA!

LOL Pingu! What a clever boy you are to know which pressie was yours, and to open it so carefully and only remove "one" toy! He is such a funny fellow. :D I wouldn't be surprised if he can read English and saw that present was for him.

I think your tree looks lovely. I know someone else who would enjoy a Purple Tree (Tracy - Deerie Me). Both Saffy and Pingu look so sweet in front of the Tree. 8)

I hope your Christmas Day is sunny...perfect for a "Barbie" Party. Even if it doesn't snow or rain, it will still be rather grey here even though we call it a "Green" Christmas.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
Haha, even though Christmas is over for me now. But for those who are still enjoying Christmas Day... what are you doing on the computer!?!?! GET OFF and enjoy the day! Haha. :P

For Christmas we just had a few friends come over and Marley(Pingu's sister) came over for a play. She was quite timid but near the end of the day she was playing with Saffy & Pingu happily, which was good.

A Christmas song & dance from Saffy & Pingu!

Hope everyone has a wonderful day/holiday and stay happy and healthy!!!

I think this was my fave present.

Merry Christmas, Louise!!! I can understand why that is your fav present! It's beautiful!! Lucky girl!

I loved Saffy and PIngu's song and dance. Too funny! A friend did something similar with her dog and Jose, I have to find the link so you can see it!

And I did love Pingu's ability to find HIS present and open it early. How funny is that!!??

Louise, the dancing video cracked me up!!! That is hilarious. LOL!!!

What a lovely gift you received. It would be my favourite as well. It will look very pretty on you. We want "model pictures" of it please!...if you don't mind. 8)

As I type this, it is technically "Boxing Day". I had quite an eventful day, but managed to pull it all together at the last minute thanks to a Pork Loin roast I had in the freezer!!!! We didn't eat dinner, which by this hour was supper really, until nearly 11:00 p.m. No one was too hungry though as I had tons of hors d'oeuvres first. :P

Another trick of mine is serving people a late meal so no matter what I make, it tastes good!

Sheesh, I am thread hogging. I should be putting this in the Misc. section. I apologize.

I'm glad you enjoyed your Christmas. What was on the menu????

I love how in these photo Saffy has a typical "Staffy Smile" because she never really does this, so I was happy when I got a picture of her like this with her BIG SMILE! :D
