hi everyone! my name is Vanessa and i just recently found this website!!! i am a huge animal lover and am so happy to have found this site. i have an Alaskan Malamute, his name is Willie. i love him with all my heart. He absolutely loves to play with the garden hose...when i turn it on for him...he loves to jump through it and try to catch the spray of water! it's so fun to watch. Ironically, he hates to get a bath. lol. He also loves to "talk"...as do all Mals. He gives me hugs and he is just beautiful.

yes that is me with willie...all bundled up during one of our winter storms this past year! as you can imagine, Willie LOVES winter time!!!

And what a winter the last one was! My Allie just loves snow and she would rather be out in it than a warm house anyday.

It WAS a cold winter and snowy too!!! Even for us here in Tennessee!!! Willie could not have been happier though!!! I call it "willie weather". We have a beautiful dog house that is designed like a cabin....it has a porch on it as well, and we keep fresh hay inside for warmth....but he loves the winter so much....he will lay outside in the snow....AS IT'S SNOWING!!! lol.

the humidity is crazy! i bought Willie one of those "Kool It" bandanna's and he seems to love it!!! He can still go outside and have his play time and not be over come with too much heat!!!! it only cost me ten dollars and i think it was a great investment!!!

well, i've only been here for about a week...and i must say...i am so happy that i found this site. it's so wonderful to be amongst so many puppy lovers and every one has been super kind. Thank you to everyone!!!
