Ajax is now at the Bridge

Awwwww.... Staci...... I haven't been on DP for a couple of weeks so I'm just catching up. I'm so sorry.
I know the pain. Today is my first day without my best buddy.

You know, I had to share something with you all.

I took Ajax that day (Keith couldn't handle it) I swear that when I was holding him and just before the light left his eyes, I felt all our past dogs were with him immediately. I felt them surrounding him. It was kind of strange, I have never felt that before. When I came home Keith asked if I was OK and I really was, I just knew in my heart that Ajax was not alone, not even for a second.

I feel blessed that even though we only had him for such a short time, we had made a difference in his life, just as he made a difference in our's and... he knew love.

I just wanted to share that with you all.
