Run Free Moose!

Postby Anonymous15235 on Mon Dec 05, 2011 9:22 pm

It's with a heavy heart that I write about Moo Moo. Gone far to soon from his family. Moose had been gaving a decline in his health for a while now, I knew what needed to be done but he would bounce right back and be his normal self I would put it off. Sadly Friday night I came home from work and let the dogs out to potty, they came back in and I heard moose Coughing, I didn't think anything of it as he'd been doing that most of his life getting in to little coughing fits. But this time I noticed blood and knew it was time.
The hardest thing I've ever had to do was walk into the vets office with Moose, and not walk out with him.

A little about my Moo Moo. I adopted him while I lived in washington, He was there with me when my Ex husband was deployed to Iraq for 14 months, always there to love and cuddle me. Then he was with me when we moved from Wash, down to AZ. He was with me thru a Divorce, always there wagging his tail and waiting to give kisses. He was there thru my marriage to my current husband, and the birth of our daughter. Moose has been there thru so much he truly was my best friend. I miss him dearly and always will. I know that he is up there running around pain free and has as much energy as a young pup. and I know he will be there waiting for me with his tail wagging and ready to give kisses..

the last 7 years with him were amazing, I only wish I had another 10 to come. But I'm greatful to atleast have had him for 7 years.
R.I.P Moo Moo I Love You!

I'm sorry Namers. Pom's are very special little dogs, I know how much your heart hurts now. There are no words, so I just send you hugs.

Namers you know how sorry I am to see Moose's short life end here on earth. A great little dog that gave you unconditional love and yet his health failed him. My fondest memories of him are his shirts and the last time I was there, he climbed up that gate to get to me, which I thought was so funny as Jaeger could pretty much step over it. I think Moose was naked then!

May he be your angel as you continue your lifes journey knowing that Moose will wait for you. ♥♥♥♥ He was truly a special dog. Find comfort each day knowing Moose was so lucky to have you and you him. Hugs!

I'm so sorry to hear about your Moose. Maybe he's up there running around with my Nugget. Moose is now pain free and playing with the other pups until you can be together again.
