Thank you! He used to "talk" to me like that all day long! In that video his feet were muddy from playing in the rain...and he was so smart...he knew he couldn't come in with dirty paws!! I always kept a towel at the back door to wipe his feet off so he could come in. When he was inside, he was glue...stuck to my side. A big dog to have stuck to you! He was about 80 pounds!!!

i miss him and i know i heard him yesterday....still with me, in spirit!!! that makes me so happy

A day late and a dollar short, I'm still glad to see your sense of humour is well intact.

Willie is so smart with his muddy paws not wanting to make a mess but apparently having a great deal to tell you. So sweet! I'm glad you have that video. That is a treasure indeed. ♥

He always did have a lot to say, Deb! Whenever someone would come to the house, he would "talk" over me or the OH, just so HE could "talk" to this new person! He could "talk" your ear off

In my experience, male dogs seem to be "chattier" than females, but the chattiest dog I ever had was my rescue GSD, Harley. He had a story to tell me every day when I came home from work.

Harley was taken within 2 years from cancer, and my heart was so broken, that Emma was under the Christmas tree for me that same year, as a gift from my parents.

I can imagine Willie trying to "talk over you". That is just so sweet! ♥

Nezza Willies howl is music, beautiful music. Deb speechless? I will mark that one down! Deb I'm not sure which post you referring to, I sometimes wish we had a "like" button as there have so many times I would like to have hit it.

Back to sweet Willie, I do love his howl. It will be in the wind, the trees and yes I believe you will hear it forever and yes smile!

Kian, I believe that I will continue to hear Will's sweet howl and it will make me smile and make my heart happy I'm so glad i have this video of him...i think i have another but can't seem to locate it at the moment.

In the morning, he was the chattiest....after a good night's rest. I would have my coffee on the porch when the weather was nice and talk to him...back and forth....

He would talk so much inside the house that he would wake "daddy"

And he LOVED to meet new people, he was super chatty meeting a new "friend".

There will never be another like him and my heart will always be with his....

And i'm so happy that i stumbled upon a website called The Daily Puppy...where i have "met" so many wonderful people! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart
