Thank you all. I am keeping my head up because I am going in April to take my state Paramedic exam again and I will be hitting the books much harder for the next month...therefore I may not be on here much. Thanks again.

Thank you Caramel. I have been taking a refresher course and I think it is helping me. I have scheduled my next test 4-22-09. So I have a little while to study! Thanks again and I will let you know when I know.!!!!!!!!

I'm doing ok. I am studying and I am actually getting some more hours at work and we have been sooooooo busy.

Well guys I hate to come back and ask for more but I need more prayers, well not me but my friend. Last night I went in to work at 1am and was not yet on a truck when we got a call at a local bar. Well my truck wasn't available for me to get on to so my supervisor said that he and I would take the call in his supervisors vehicle (dodge darango). We got to the scene and we were first on scene. It was a call for an assault. When I arrived I looked down and it was one of my really good friends. He had been drinking and was mouthing off to 4 guys and they had jumped him. When the ambulance got there I told them I was going with them and I was riding in the back. He was not responding to anything. He had a big big place on his head and his mouth was busted up. We had a helicopter to meet us at the hospital to fly him to the major hospital in our area. When they put him in the helicopter they had put a tube down his throat to help him breath and they had sedated him. They told us today that he had some swelling and bleeding in his head. I am so worried about him. When the guys hit him he fell to the ground hitting the back of his head first, really really hard. Then they started to kick him in the head. Please keep on praying and pray for him. Thanks, Christina

I will do. This is the hard part of my job. I prayed for him the whole time he was in my ambulance and then as the copter left the ground I prayed as I cried!!!!

Thats terrible, please keep us updated on his progress........and I will be praying. Were they able to track down who did it and at least press charges?
