Madeline says she's coming over to sleigh ride! She's never seen a snow that big. I love looking at the trees bending with the weight of the snow. There's nothing prettier than freshly fallen snow...except for the return of spring with flowers blooming and warm sun shining. 8) Our snow has melted now for the most part. It was a drop in the bucket compared to what you all got!

Oh my Gosh, It is breathtakingly beautiful. I love Maine and I love snow, so what's not to love about a Maine snowstorm.
It looks so quiet and serene. Aaaahhhhh... Your photos are just like a winter wonderland. And those Wild Turkeys are so
beautiful right in your back yard. I love to see them out in the wild. Out where my brother used to live we often saw wild turkeys, deer, and other animals. We dodged the bullet and all the snow went on over to Maine and the other NE States.
I am so disappointed because I love snow storms. What peace and tranquillity. Enjoy. And I hope it doesn't melt all at once.
Hugs to Tex and Baby!

You know we just move it one shovelful at a time. That is what I told my daughter yesterday, she was complaining about snow removal, so I said, find me the other shovel and I will show you how to do it. We went outside, and I just started in. "Mom she says. what are you doing different that I am doing?" I reply, "Enjoying the snow, while I move it one shovelful at a time!" She closed her complaining and helped me move it after that.

Beautiful pictures!!! We too have the wild turkey's but I have been unable to capture them as close to my house as you have. I can so relate to all the snow! We receive "lake effect" snow. You have a good attitude towards shoveling  I agree that it is time for Spring! I want to see colours. It's funny when we go places that aren't used to snow and they shut down everything for an inch of the stuff. Maine is gorgeous

I am so jealous, I love those Turkeys and where you live. Very pretty and wooded, I bet it is gorgeous in the other seasons too. Maine is a state I would love to visit! Lots to dig out, but looks so serene. Spring will come one day!!

Beautiful pics Donna!

Marco's Mom...I am so jealous that you can still see green and feel the warm sunshine.

Donna, I know it's pretty, but enough already is right. I do hope March comes in like a lion, then it will go out as a lamb.
