Dinner tonight was something super fancy. I slaved all today over the hot stove.
I present you with...
"Chicken and Stuff" Yes, Chicken and stuff.
How you make it? Well you throw some chicken, potatoes, carrots, corn, celery, onions, and some various spices with campbells cream of chicken all in a crockpot. Cook on low all day and ba dum! You have chicken and stuff! lol
Normally when Craig and I go out to restaurants and get a pitcher of sangria (if available) it normally results in Craig drinking 1 glass while I drink the rest.

Its just so tasty. I can't resist. And yes, sangria is just plain fun!

p.s. Thank God for spell check. This sangria turned out stronger than in the restaurant and I am not so good at typing after 3 big glasses...

p.p.s Oh for anyone wanting to make this recipe, the bartender warned us that mango puree or juice can be hard to find in grocery stores. We ended up finding some juice, but we also found some canned mango which we then put in our food processor to make puree. So that is an option if you have a food processor
