One of my sons would just love that, as he likes anything hot and spicy. I do too, but I can't eat things as hot as I used too. I need to work on that! :D

I enjoy bacon wrapped scallops, but your idea is terrific! I can't wait to try your pulled pork recipe. My Mum spends her winters in Florida, so if I can't find that sauce here, I'm sure she can find it there. We often give her a laundry list of things to bring back, so I'll add that to the list...IF I don't make it south this year, and can't find it in the stores.

I have a friend who swears by the "bag" cooking and one year we did that with the Christmas Turkey. It turned out amazingly well, although I generally don't use the bags when I cook. I was given a huge slow cooker, but I'm not that familiar with them so I would probably just follow your recipe as it is.

It's a good thing I'm sated right now, or I would be starving looking at those pictures!

Tonight we had BBQ NY Strip Loins, with Baked Potatoes for some, and Baked Yams for others. I find on cold, winter night, BBQ or "grilled" food tastes better as most people won't brave the elements in winter to use their BBQ. We're having Ribs later this week, and Linguine with White Clam Sauce thrown in there somewhere.
