Oh, but it goes down so smooth! There is nothing like a hangover from one glass, too many, of wine. I don't think the other liquors are nearly as bad. I prefer a white Zinfandel. Just sweet enough and yet has that tart nip. I love fried (baked) butterfly shrimp cocktails and a nice glass of wine (or 2 or 3) Now that is relaxing.

How much do you spend on a shopping trip on non essential items? I always spend way more than I plan and then get home and wonder why the heck I bought so much. I have drawers and drawers full of junk.

I wonder what it is about wine that just kicks your butt the next day...tannins? sulfates? :?

I always shop with a list and vary rarely stray from it. I've even forgotten to buy items on the list! Growing up my mom would go to the grocery store for 2 or 3 items and return with 2 or 3 bags!!

I got no questions so the previous ones stand...

To answer Gaby - I am more like a herding dog, don't like to sit too long as I get bored. But when I'm wiped out, I'm done and content to relax in the shade.

I love a old fashioned Charcoal BBQ but use a gas one, I like to control the temp.

A way to relax would be a good back massage but can't afford those.

It is already known I don't drink, but will indulge in a vanilla coke from the local mini mart as they have real vanilla flavoring to add to the coke...yum.

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only who thinks nothing of a bottle of wine  ! Red wine and really cheap wine or boxed wine give me a headache, but White Zinfindale, Moscato, or Reisling don't. (I usually drink a glass of water before bed too)

I enjoy watching the doggie play with a glass of wine, a hot bath and glass of wine, or a pedicure. I've only had a pedicure once, but was so relaxed I think my eyes were rolling to the back of my head. The technician asked if I was OK!

I do love the taste of charcol, but use a gas grill.

Shopping depends on my mood!! Do you have to be in the mood the shop, or are you always in the mood?

When it comes to alcohol anything wet works for me.

Favourites include a dry red, margaritas, whiskeys sours, corona with lime (without is just wrong).

I actually own a machine called the margarator. It makes exactly 1 gallon of margaritas, so not to be wasteful I must drink one gallon of margaritas. My lady friends all agree that I really don't have a choice in the matter, simply following the instructions.

What's a little weird about the margarator is that it has a cigarette lighter attachment so you can brew them in your car.

Nothin' like firing up the ol' Margarator on the road!! Wonder what the cops would say, if they pulled you over while you were making margaritas...

Ange, that feature could also be used while tailgating! :D

I enjoy red and white wine, usually French or Italian as I prefer dry wine. There are so many different types that I enjoy. My parents always had wine with dinner so it's a usual thing for me. My Mum still has a glass every night.

Kian, real vanilla in a coke would be yummy. I can't drink cola's as I find the caffeine affects me terribly, but I do like the taste, especially a coke float! Delish! :D

I like white Zinfandel if we are talking wine but alcohol in general I'll try anything once. I have spent years drinking Brandy and Coke but lately have rediscovered Vodka and lemonade.

Last summer I was very into pear Cider but this year I think my summer drink will be alcoholic Gingerbeer which I discovered last weekend.

I have never used a gas BBQ, so I'd have to say charcoal for me.

All this talk of BBQs and wine has gotten me thinking of firing up the old grill this weekend with a nice glass of bubbly and a big juicy steak. Yummmmm!

Favorite alcoholic drinks here would be Sangria and Strawberry Daiquiris.

New Question: What is your favorite movie quote?

Mine comes from Stardust. I could watch that movie over and over.

It's a long one, probably more a monologue than a quote, but its so good :P

"You know when I said I knew little about love? That wasn't true. I know a lot about love. I've seen it, centuries and centuries of it, and it was the only thing that made watching your world bearable. All those wars. Pain, lies, hate... It made me want to turn away and never look down again. But to see the way that mankind loves... You could search to the furthest reaches of the universe and never find anything more beautiful. So yes, I know that love is unconditional. But I also know it can be unpredictable, unexpected, uncontrollable, unbearable and strangely easy to mistake for loathing, and... What I'm trying to say is... I think I love you. My heart, it feels like my chest can barely contain it. Like it doesn't belong to me any more. It belongs to you. And if you wanted it, I'd wish for nothing in exchange - no gifts. No goods. No demonstrations of devotion. Nothing but knowing you loved me too. Just your heart, in exchange for mine."

Kristen, Stardust is a great movie!

One of my favorite movies is "The Wizard of Oz", I watch it every time they show it on TV. I have a few lines from that movie I enjoy, but this is my favorite.

If I ever go looking for my heart's desire again, I won't look any further than my own back yard. Because if it isn't there, I never really lost it to begin with!

Second favorite is:
Some people without brains do an awful lot of talking.
