OH reminded me he has a mandatory managers meeting in July, but he doesn't know which date yet. It is the same one we went to last year in Jackson Hole, only this time it is in Utah. It is a 3 day meeting and last year it was after the 4th, as soon as he finds out I will let you all know. He said going to Linda's after that should be a GO!

Alina, If you were serious about flying here so we can carpool, you might want to check out flights to Bishop Airport in Flint. Perhaps you'll be able to find a cheaper flight on AirTran...just a thought.

This is going to be so much fun, I don't think I can bear waiting seven months!

Unfortunately Air Tran does not fly to my airport, boo! I'd still have a layover in either Detroit, Milwaukee, or Chicago if I booked to Flint, RJM. We'll see. It's still a ways off.

I'm in. ( if my parents are home to watch the dogs.) Finger's crossed that the dates work. I will check their travel calendar tonight to see if July is feasible.

If I can go. I will most likely make it a week long vacation.
Alina I will most likely fly into Detroit as well. I should be able to get a free room for three nights at Caesar's in Windsor. So if you want to gamble a little and sightsee around that area you are more than welcome to come with me to Windsor. Or if not I can come back and pick you up at the airport in Detroit. It is really close.

RJM I know you are not into gambling but you are welcome to come to Windsor too. If not we can all still Carpool to the falls together.

I will let you know what dates in July are best for me later tonight.

With my recent news, it's all looking better than ever and man, will I want to blow off some steam!!!! Are you girls up for that? I'll behave if I have to, but I don't wanna!

I think it's good that we have so much time to plan and it allows for flexibility. Perhaps we can convince Phyrie to hop on a plane to Toronto

WooHoo My parents are home in July. Is this going to be a weekend or midweek thing.
I have to work on the July 18th. ( might be able to switch this a day or two either way) And I need to be at work on Aug first, no way to rearrange this one. Other than those two days any others are fine with me.

I would like to nail down a date within a month or two so I can put in for my vacation days. That would suck if I couldn't get it approved.

And Deb you don't' need to behave with us. We will be wild and crazy right along with you

If my show happens, I will be unavailable from July 16-24. I say "if" because the board hasn't given final approval for the proposal yet. It's a long story... That will come the middle of January. However, I don't see the show NOT happening.

I have no problem with a mid-week thing, either.

This is so exciting! To see who is hoping to attend...what a PARTY!!!

And Deb - go wild, Girlfriend! I am a built in designated driver. Not that I don't drink, but only one or two, occasionally. Never really liked the taste of alcohol. I know...I'm weird.

Lynners, I am so excited that you will be able to come as well. It won't even be that far for you, as it isn't for me.

Margie, you are so sweet offering to be the DD! I was thinking that whatever merriment ensued would be within stumbling...I mean walking distance. Never mind...I wouldn't be stumbling, but I might be "chatty"! You are such a supportive friend.

I am absolutely positive that we can at least find one day in the whole thing where everyone can meet and be together. Some of us may stay for a day or two, and some of us may stay for a week. It does help already to have certain dates named that are either available or unavailable.

It will also be nice for Elliot and I to do something together, just the two of us, and Oliver & Henry!!!!

I mentioned the trip "in passing" to Peter. This way I can say "I told you about it".
