Oh, my goodness...the Gizzie shots are hysterical!! I wonder if I kept some of the ones while I tried to take Jose's photo for the cards....hmmm...they are not dissimilar!

Margie, if you did save the shots, you have to post them. It was an event just having a photo shoot at our house for a Christmas picture. It is fun, fun, fun trying to keep 2 dogs on one blanket long enough to make one small picture. I was the one who ended up eating the chicken chip that I had in my mouth trying to distract them. Christmas is fun!

Love all the trees and Sadie barking at the ornament.

Bailey is one cute pup and that Santa pic is sweet. Love that you made it your Avi Kristen.

Kwak, I love your hair! Miley is a fun dog, I too like your fireplace and your new TV.

That's a good photoshoot RJM with Gizzie!

This is a fun thread.

RJM, Gizzie is precious! lol - good boy for not trying to eat the santa hat! that would have been my problem!
He has such a sweet face - that last picture, he looks tired and like he saying in his sweet little voice, "come on mom, can we be done?" :) sweet boy

Very pretty, Tom!!

At our elementary school, the first graders are raising money for the Franklin County Humane Society. They color ornaments and for a dollar your pet's name is put on one. They then put them up on a big display board. Mike sent me this photo...I cried...he bought two.

Aww, Margie, that brought a tear to my eye, too. Your brother is a very sweet man.

I finally decorated my tree today. I went WAY over board on the "Mardi Gras" beads, but I don't care at this point: it needed doing!! Kiba was unamused by the activity. He didn't even try to gnaw on the knitted stockings. He's not into this at all! LOL!

I still have yet to figure out how to send the pastel of the cat (behind the tree) to my son. I'm afraid to use fixative, so I don't know what to do... Any ideas from our resident artist?

Tom, your tree is lovely.

Phyrie, I think your tree is really pretty, and of course the last photo with sweet little Kiba, barely tolerating Mum but still cooperating, is the ultimate in love! He is so funny with his reindeer ears, sitting there like such a good boy, hoping Mum will just hurry up. VBG!

Oh, If Kiba could talk . I don't think he would have nice words for you. But he does make one cute reindeer.

I like your tree, I like all the bows, I couldn't find my bows this year or I would have bows on my tree too.

Margie, I can't believe I posted without mentioning Mike's kindness! What a sweet thing to do, and what a lovely idea for the children to teach them about helping others and making a contribution.

Mike is a wonderful brother!

Tom, your tree is beautiful.

Phyrie, Your tree is beautiful as well and Kiba as a reindeer makes it perfect. Oh, what a sour face, but he is so adorable.

Margie, that is a great thing for the school to do and Mike is a love for buying a spot for both Jose and Rex. So sweet.

On that note, I would like to remind everyone to drop a card in the mail to the local shelters or rescues of their choice and include a couple of dollars for the animals who dont have a home. Any amount is always deeply appreciated and it never hurts to say "Thank you" to the people who volunteer.
