As a foster mom with a Caring Place Humane Society we get these terriers all the time. We just rescued one with rope embedded in his neck. Poor Gracie- what kind of person would do that to an animal. For me it would be like throwing a child out the window. I bet he/she beats their spose and
children too.
I personally own a mix pit and got him at 8 weeks old (from litter of 12) and he would have been tossed in the streets of Chicago if I hadn't gotten him and his brother. I found a home for his brother but unfortunately they lied to me and gave the puppy to someone who wanted a "PIT". My neighbor who has 4 young children would not let them come over even when he was just a puppy.(They would have really enjoyed seeing the puppy stage so they lost out to.) About a year later they discovered what a great dog my Rocky is and they come over to throw balls and sticks for him.
We have another beautiful brindle colored one who is as gentle as can be but so far no application for the beauty. Of course we post him as a Staffordshire Terrier.
We can change the world
