Avila - Spain: Shelter "Protectora de Avila"

Hello everyone!

I really recommend this animal shelter for those around Spain: Protectora de Avila:
http://www.protectorahuellas.org/
And here is the page where you can find the dogs to adopt:
http://adopciones.protectorahuellas.org/

We adopted our Osito from this shelter. When you read the story of the dogs, you feel that they know them, they care about them and they love them. Before adopting our Osito, they asked us questions to make sure we would be good "parents" for him and after that, they did a follow up. They were always happy to hear from us and we sent them pictures and stories about Osito. They have a section for "Happy Endings", here is Osito's (with his summer haircut :) )

Osito arrived there with the mouth broken, somewhere else maybe they would have killed him but there they fixed his mouth and took care of him during the recovery. Osito passed away few months ago, to honor his memory I am helping out other dogs by donating money every month. As soon as we settle down, I will try to help in an animal shelter as well. These dogs really deserve to have a family and when you provide them with a family, they will do everything to protect you and make you happy!

Big kisses to everyone
