What kind of Camera

Postby kian on Fri Oct 03, 2008 11:21 pm

I have noticed some your pics are so clear and nice. I have been researching cameras and have narrowed it down to a Cannon Rebel or A Nikon 80D or 60D. What do you like to use and any of you have one of these? Thanks

I think these days most cameras will give good results for posting on line.
The one that I use is a Fuji Fine Pix S 5700.
All my Pics go on the computer anyway, and it seems fine for this.
The One problem that I seem to get though, is when posting on the Puppy.
Photobucket can downsize ok,but it seems to come out wrong when I post it.
Probably its me doing somthing wrong. 8)

I use a Casio Exilim which I've discovered is no good for action shots but I love it because it is rechargeable therefore always available and small enough for slipping in my pocket. It goes everywhere with me. It would be nice to have a fancier one but it would probably be bigger and so I wouldn't carry it with me.

I love my Canon Power Shot S 5 , it is a bit pricey, but it also has a video camera, so 2 for the price of one. The pictures are awesome.

I have a Pentax DSLR which I love. But the size is bulky and sometimes I just carry a basic point n shoot Samsung that I can just pocket.

The OH just got me a Sony camcorder to go along with my Canon digital camera so I can take video's too!! So far I really like it, but I just got it last Friday, so I am still figuring it out

We checked out all the camcorders and it seems Sony has the best videos, while Canon takes the best still shots.

If I can ever figure out how to use photobucket for videos I will post some .

What a great OH! I have a sony camcorder and love it! Mine allows me to take snapshots, your should to. My camera is a Cannon, I love it, I even won 3 second place awards from it at the fair, but I really want a SLR. Hubby keeps prodding me to get one, but with the economy it is more of a want than a need! We'll see.

Well, we took back the Sony camcorder and got a Canon camcorder instead. It is lots easier to work and the videos are just as good. Still trying to figure out how to put them on photobucket

I'm VERY excited to say that my family and I now have a Sony Handycam x.v color, 1920x1080i HD recording 10.2 Mega Pixels still image recording with a 12x optical zoom. It takes awe-inspiring movies and amazing pictures. I love it!

I have a Canon Power Shot S50 that the hubby got me for Christmas several a few years back when digital was not as common as it is now. I love the pictures it takes but I think I have about worn it out. All of those pics of the grandkids and the furkids :) I have a sneaky feeling the hubby is getting me a new digital for Christmas or possibly a video camera, but I could be all wrong here!! If its a new skillet instead I will be very disappointed........
