Margie, At that price, the monkeys should brew and serve it to you too!

Sounds like you had a great day, and topped off with chocolate cake and ice cream...what could be better?
How nice of Mike to have that waiting for you after your long day.

LMAO!

I did spend way too much money on clothes. But I haven't been shopping in quite awhile. It was at a shop that, while we have one here, this one was 3 times the size and with much more variety of clothing. It was so much fun! I tried on most of what was in the store!

LOL RJM!

Margie, that is an outrageous price for tea and I am not one who pays $5.00 at Starbucks! I buy wholesale Columbian coffee and brew my own.

Isn't it wonderful to find a shop that has clothes you like and a selection! It feels so good to buy several new outfits instead of just a top or bottom. I find the selection down south to be much better than anything here, so I do a great deal of shopping when I'm in Palm Beach.

I'm so pleased that you've had a wonderful birthday. It is more than deserved. I bet Jose was happy to have you home last night. Did he give you special birthday cuddles?

Damn...I should have had one of the girls take pictures as I was trying stuff on...

Funny you asked about Jose...he was NOT happy with me when I got home. I left around noon and was gone over 12 hours. Then when I got home, I didn't give him my complete attention as I was having cake with Mike and talking about the day and the weekend to come. When we went to bed, he refused to sleep on the bed, but stayed on the chest at the foot of my bed. I switched ends of the bed for a bit, but he just sort of ignored me. I thought - okay, I get the bed to myself! He woke me up around two hours later and asked for water. He then got back on the chest. This morning, he was still sort of quiet and didn't seem interested in anything. I started to worry that he was getting the DP puppy bug. And then I had to leave for load-in. Since the big work was done by noon, I went home to check on him. He was CRAZY happy to see me. I ended up taking him back to the theatre and he spent the rest of the day there. He was such a good boy and either layed on his blanket and watched or followed me around when things were quieter. He is a very good 'theatre dog'. :)

Awwww! Sweet Jose just wants to be with his Mum! I can't say I blame him. Isn't it funny how they "punish" us?! He is adorable and I'm not surprised that he makes a good theatre dog. He'd rather be with than without you.

Yes, he is my little "Velcro Dog".

We did have a lovely morning yesterday. It was such a beautiful day and he and I ran around in the backyard. He just didn't understand why he couldn't go with me. Poor little guy...

Jose decided by mid morning that you had been punished enough, bless him. Funny litle dog.
