this is my beautiful boy Oli he is a Koolie (some spell it Coolie) yes Koolie not Collie, he is an Australian herding dog. He is 2.5 years old and he was a give away dog but still cost us plenty as he had to be desexed, vaccinated and immunised. He is a great little dog and we have never regretted getting him. (he was one year old when we got him)

I am familiar with the Australian Koolie, or sheep jumpers. Are you in Australia, we have several members from down under. Oli is a beautiful dog, who is the dog in your avatar?

now I know how to do it I am going to post a pic of Oli's sister Reggie

Reggie is a bitsa (a bit of this and a bit of that)

she is a beautiful girl with her family but we have to muzzle her if we have guests as she is a fear biter unfortunately

she and oli like to cuddle up and sleep together at night.

looking at Oli and Reggie together in the pic they look almost the same size but it must be the angle the pic was taken as reggie is about double the size of oli

They are both beautiful dogs and I have heard of that breed before also. I'm curious too, who is the dog in your avatar? It looks similar to Oli, but not the same dog. Do you have three? Glad you have joined us!

my avatar is Kessie (kess) who was our darling girl for 16 years, she died just over 7 years ago. I was on my way to work one day and found her walking along a busy road so grabbed her and took her home and left her in my backyard with the dog we already had. Couldn't find her owner so kept her and had 16 years of love from her. She was the best find I ever made.
