That is so cute! I'd say they are quite happy with the new bed.

I'm glad Remi finally was able to sleep on her back! Thats Sadie's favorite way to sleep too. I can barely see the scar, she is healing well!

It was pug approved the moment it hit the floor. I just didn't get a decent picture of it.
Until now!




It was another nice day so I decided to sit outside with Remi for almost an hour.


There were a bunch of crows (about seven?) one seagull and one bald eagle circling above us for the longest time and Remi thoroughly enjoyed watching and trying to smell them. I think the crows were attacking the seagull. It was just weird.
I tried getting it on video but I'm not sure it's worth showing because I couldn't see were I was pointing it because it was so bright out.(due to the intense sunlight, I was also shooting pictures blind. )

OKay, I have so many things to share today I don't know where to start!!!

Remi was laying on her bed an I noticed she was struggling trying to itch her left ear but couldn't with her back leg so she was using her front feet. So I went in and started scratching behind her ear, let's just say she really appreciated it. Well, then Monster came running over and tried grabbing my hands so I would pet him (he hasn't did the whole hand grabbing thing in a long time, I'll explain it below) but I kept pulling my hand back to pet Remi so he decided he would help too and ran over to Remi's over ear and started doing the whole nibbling cleaning thing (but he was doing it in a really excited manner which is his version of playing ). Monster usually NEVER initiated play with Remi but she been trying to these last weeks, I think he really misses her! Well I let them play for awhile and I would have videoed it but my hands were full making sure Remi didn't get up or keeping Monster from going straight for her belly to nibble it, so he stuck with burying his face in her armpits like always.

Then later on I was playing with Remi with a toy while she was laying down (not too excitingly) and then Monster comes from nowhere and grabs the toy and starts to really tug (he hasn't tugged like that for 2 years!). I could barely get the other half of the toy to Remi so she could tug with him but when I did she would pull in one big swoop of the head and then Monster would pull it back in many little tough tugs. It was so cute. It was over in a matter of minutes though so no video.

Okay the hand grab Monster does is this; he will lightly grab and hold on the your fingers and lead you to places like the couch because he wants to cuddle or to the food because he wants to eat. More often he will just lead you around and around the house because he wants attention. He likes to carry things around when he gets excited mostly it's just a toy or a bone but sometimes it's a person.

What an adorable little character he is, and the happy dance is way too cute.

Glad to hear Remi got a good ear scratching, on both sides...along with a face in the armpit...LOL!

I love Monster's Happy Dance!!! He is so adorable, what with the "yawning talk" and the odd snort.

I think it's so sweet that Remi is bringing out the puppy in Monster again, and that Monster is now missing Remi enough so as to put his nose in her armpits.

Remi is being such a good patient and Monster is being such a big help.
