Heh. I AM good, though. Some may argue good for WHAT, but I am good. Well, maybe not "good", but not totally evil. Not all the way through, anyway. Wait, that's a different kind of good... *sigh* Welcome to the DP.

I have to admit that most of this time, I thought I was talking to Herbie's Mum, even in PM's!

It is the user name that threw me off. We are certainly glad to have Herbie's Dad with us, and her Mum too.

I was so chuffed when I turned on my computer this evening and saw that Herbie had been featured already. The pictures are great, and I enjoyed the videos. Obviously you are a lovely man when you are the one playing "fetch the food" and suggesting new outfits.

Phyrie, you always make me laugh.

Tracy, I did not know that "Taffy" was a slang term for someone from Wales. I wonder if the woman who named the dog "Taffy" knows that. I thought she chose the name because of the colour of the dog. That's an interesting tidbit I'll have to bring up the next time I'm at the Liquor Store (to buy wine of course). 8)

Sam, I really do hope you continue to hang with us. We are enjoying you, your wife and your beautiful dog. Not everyone would have maintained the same sense of humour and understanding as you have. I think being involved as a Moderator on another Forum helps. I have to admit that when you told me about the Forum you moderate (in a PM) I was rather surprised that held your interest as a woman! :D

Thanks, Deb! I'm glad I'm not the only one. It's that evil old ASSume again, which I seem to be guilty of much too often!

Phyrie, we all suffer from that from time to time. I was there right along with you.

You are good at many, many things, and delightful too, and that's why we loves ya! :D

I got confused when I signed up, thinking the login should be the name of your dog. Needless to say, I joined this site in about 5 seconds while trying to figure out what had just happened.

Maybe it can be changed to Herbie's Dad? Pretty creative, I know.

I'd never heard the "Taffy" thing either. I'm already planning to name our next Corgi "Robot". No idea why, but I like it.

Sam, it looks like you can change your name quite easily. Just head over to your profile and you can make all the changes you want. You get to your profile by clicking on "User: Herbie Girl" at the top right of any page, under the banner and search button.

I think Robot would be a cute name. I think it's safe to say that I have never come across a dog with that name before. So when should we be expecting this new addition? :)

I remember when Monster was the daily grownup puppy and it was pointed out to me that some person put him up for sale on craigslist using those pictures. Why would I ever want to sell him and on craiglist of all places. :|

Someone tried to sell your dog on Craigslist? What would they have done if they found a buyer? How bizarre! I just can't understand some of the weird things people do for no discernible reason.

Maybe they were trying to sell a pug and didn't have a camera. Yeah, I know, unlikely!

I'm feeling really smug 'cause I'd noticed that there was Herbie Girl and Herbie's Mommy. I'm good with the meaningless details not so good with the important ones. Oh well.

Sam you need to stick around, Phyrie good????? Believe me, she's a very bad girl, but in the nicest way :D
