Caramel- Thanks! We can all have a puppy play date! haven't been to Rocky... probably since I was 7! Cake... yummy!
By the way, I have a true story to tell. Last year when Pants passed away on 8th July 2010, I got all depressed... I gained weight... and was 58kg! (127lbs) That's big for me since I'm only 5'2..... :/ Anyways, it didn't affect my study or anything it was just I turned dull... boring. Then on Saturday in October(23rd) I went somewhere with Bill and there was Saffy. She mended my heart, I had something to love. I was happy again. With all the running, playing, training and excersize with her I was happy, I had something to do, someone to love(animal) -I love lots of people but I NEEDED to love an animal- and right at this very moment.... *drum roll* I now weigh 49kg! (108lbs). I'm not a person who cares about weight but I felt really happy and proud and I honestly didn't know I was losing or thinking about losing weight. Also before, when Pants was alive my normal weight was 52kg(114lbs). Just felt like sharing a happy story.
^^^ Oh and by the way caramel- Never in my LIFE have I passed on cake!!! I hate dieting, can't stand it.

RJM- Yes!!! Saffy is SO SMALL for a staffy! Only 9.5kg at 6months! In US you guys use pounds(lbs) right? Well that would be 20lbs. She is such a cutie with short legs. Vet said she'll be a mini sized staffy at 13kg fully grown(28lbs). I had a dream a couple of months ago that she was a staffy X chihuahua X dachshund! Hehe

Sher & Alina- Healing thoughts and waves have received to Saffy and she's back to her crazy self! I can't wait for a walk! I want to walk her!

I'm probably boring you guys but I'm so happy I just got 2 assignments out of the row! A WEEK EARLY!!! I wanted to have more time for Saffy & Pingu on the weekend. So I did it! But Friday is going to be SOOOO HARD! I'm doing my EXTENSION MATHS EXAM on the last session of Friday!!! I'm scared that on my test papers I'm going to write "I'm getting Pingu in 20minutes!" instead of solving the simultaneous solution... -_-

Also My Vet ACCEPTED ME to do work experience there!!! Can't wait to start!!!
I'm trying not to be too pumped on Friday because I really need to keep my grades high...... urhhhh I got an AAA for my maths extension in last weeks report card so now my mum has high expectations!!!

Saffy is great, we don't need to stop her from running or jumping because she is fully healed. Getting ready for tomorrow too! The bed is prepared... we bought the collar like a month ago but it definitely won't fit. It's blue.
Also on Saturday we got Pingu's appointment at the vets and then I'm going to buy Saffy new collar and lead!!!
A gorgeous white and purple leopard print leather collar! Totally adorable! I've had my eye on it ever since we got her.
Now's the time when she is nearly fully grown.

Today is such a tiring day... so much to do tomorrow... but so much fun!
School turned out PERFECT because I didn't need to do the maths test. I'm doing it on Tuesday!
YAY! More time to study!
Pingu... boy he is such a little angel. Only once he cried because he needed to go and pee, so I took him out and he did!
NO ACCIDENTS SO FAR! YAY!
Also SO many pictures!
Vet tomorrow! Another YAY! I love the vet, same does Saffy so I hope he does.
Buying a new fully grown collar for Saffy tomorrow at the vet.
So much to do, I love being busy! He is so cute and so much fun.
He is SO CALM! A little scared of Saffy since she's a little in-your-face....
Saffy loves him but doesn't.... jealousy.
I expected that to happen, she's always jumping on my lap when Pingu is on my lap... she nearly squashes him!
I give her a lot of attention actually today since Pingu just sleeps in his basket and does nothing.
I hope she gets over it, she will over times. But whenever she accepts him, it's going to FUN FUN FUN!
.....We always call Pingu a "SHE"...... he looks such like a girl.

Oh my! Pingu is adorable! Hopefully Saffy will get over her jealousy so she can share the excitement with both of you When I brought my cat to my parents house, it took about a week and a half for the other cats to warm up to him.. Just give her some time, she'll come around. Have fun!!

He is absolutely precious, and Saffy will come around, she's not used to sharing your attention yet.

Thanks everyone! So far I've been playing "learning games" with Pingu like going away where he can see me, calling his name to make him come. He's good at that! But also that shocked us was that he went up the steps! We have about 5 steps and that would be 7 jumps up and he did it.

Pingu is such a sweet little poppet. I bet once Saffy settles down and realises that Pingu is staying they will be inseparable.

How sweet! He's just adorable. I notice he has needle points on the ends of his feet. You might want to give those a trim before you start bleeding all over the place! You can't do much about the sharp little puppy teeth, but sharp puppy nails are totally fixable! LOL!

WELCOME HOME PINGU!!!

What lovely pictures and what an exciting day! Congratulations on the new arrival.

Don't worry about Saffy and Pingu right now. As everyone has said, once Saffy realizes that Pingu is here to stay, and that no love is lost for her over the new one, they will start to interact. You are very smart to give Saffy extra attention while Pingu sleeps as she will need reassurance.

Enjoy your weekend "Fancypants" I'm teasing Louise as that is a cute "nickname" for you.

I'll be looking forward to all of the updates and adventures of Saffy and Pingu. (I remember Pingu being a Penguin claymation character that my son Ben used to enjoy.)
