Sadie is growing up. I imagine she thoroughly enjoyed all the extra praise and hugs for doing such a good job.

I can't take credit for the phrase "horse lookin' ya". That is my OH and he does come up with some of the funniest, perfectly descriptive, phrases. The first time he ever used that expression was in regards to me when he asked me why I was "horse lookin' him". I then offered him a "half a cup of shut your yap" and we were all set. (Not really, but you get the general idea). He makes me laugh, and apparently I do the same for him.

What a gorgeous day today!!! I'm so pleased that Sadie wanted to be helpful and did such a good job. Give her extra cuddles from me this evening please.

I debated which thread to put this in and finally decided it belonged in Sadie's own.
Although it did make me laugh!

I'm sitting on the couch and there's no room for a dog and a laptop on this lap of mine! Sadie couldn't quite figure out how to get up on my lap and I finally coaxed her up onto the couch beside me. She thinks she is a small lap dog she's not!

She sat down beside me and kept putting her paw on the keyboard while I was petting and loving on her. I think she wanted to type something! Yes, I do think so . She wants to tell you all that she just loves ya all! I think she may try to lick the screen next

It did make me laugh, it was like she was trying her best to type. She is now quite content sleeping in a little ball beside me. Yes she can curl up into a "little" ball.

Linda, I think Sadie will be a "forever puppy". She is so sweet. Tell her that Oliver and Henry are waving back at her, as is their Mum.

I know I've said this before, but I would LOVED to circle up and snuggle with Miss Sadie! Her coat looks so beautiful! It good to hear that the coconut oil is helping her so much.

Thanks Margie . I can tell you Sadie would love every minute of it too! She loves people, I think more than she does other dogs.

Remi always tries to curl up in my lap too.
Especially when I'm sitting on the floor playing with her, she always tries to sit in my lap with the toy. She eventually realizes I can't play with her when she's in my lap like that so she settles with just her head in my lap and then she rolls around on her back while we play tug.

Ashley, aren't they just so cute trying to curl up like that when they are so big!

We went to a park just a few blocks from our house tonight since it was finally nice outside again. We've had lots of rain, flooding and tornado warnings. We were ready to get out for a while! Sadie loved it.

The best part is we found lots of walking trails in the wooded area behind this park! It was so relaxing. Well for me it was, my OH walked Sadie so I could take pics. He got the workout because she wanted to see everything, EVERYTHING! She pulls hard when she wants to check something out.

And this is what she does when she gets in the grass. See the bliss on her face! Even though I cut off part of her in the photo you can still see it. The bad thing is she is very allergic. She's already had one breakout that just got cleared up. She will lay and wallow in the grass before you can stop her

I don't think Remi realizes she has grown. She acts like she's tiny sometimes...

Don't you just love finding trails through wooded areas!
Before winter we took Remi to this hiking trail I believe we had to pay to get in but it was worth it if we did (I don't remember). It's by a river so there's two different sides (the side that's in MN and then the other side is in WI)we went to the bigger side that has more trails(the WI side). Remi just wanted to smell every little thing. We're defiantly going to go there again:)


Sadie sure looks like she had loads of fun!
We're still getting plenty of rain with some snow and hail.
