Hi ya'll! This is Nala. She is about 9 months old & complete goofball. You would think she is a Lab because of how much she absolutely loves water- anything from the ponds, to the bathtub, to her waterbowl She is my little pocket pit only weighs 30lbs. She knows lots of tricks and her favorite is to wave bye-bye! She has her special place to sleep every night, in the bed underneath the covers with her mommy and daddy- hehe

I was amused that you call Nala your "doghter". That is about the sweetest thing I've read on here...ever! Our dogs sleep with us as well, only one of them sleeps with my younger son, and the other sleeps usually on my head. I look as though I'm wearing a "Cavalier Cape" at night.

Nala is beautiful! Are you saying she weighs 30lbs at 9months and is a Pittie!!! WOW! That's miniature!!!
I bet you TREASURE her!!! I have a 9months old English Staffy that weighs just about the same at 26lbs!!! Nala must so very small and so adorable!

hehe i wish Nala would just sleep on my head. She goes from pinning my legs down to on top of my back then to pushing me away when she gets too hot- it seems she can never get too comfortable. It doesn't bother me though, I don't think I could sleep without hearing her snore in my ear

- Yes! Nala is a small dainty little girl! But what she lacks in size and weight she makes up for in personality. She is far from the traditional stocky pittie

My Jose sleeps with me too, under the covers either on my legs or continually pushes me further and further to the edge of the bed. And he's only 17 pounds!!

Henry is the leg pinner-downer, but he sleeps with my son. I do know though about the dog being too hot and having to move, for both our sakes! Nevermind having hot flashes when covered in a Cavalier Cape of Heat! Take heart though, as Oliver and I have an unspoken "middle of the night" language now. It only took 3 years to develop.

Did you take the name "Nala" from the Lion King? I think it is such a sweet name.
