The lace marking is what drew my sibling to the breed. We used to have two Wyandots, but the boy (Booth - the girl is Brennan...Bones fans. 8) ) had to be rehomed as he was beating all other chickens placed with him to death. None of them were actually killed by him, as we removed them from his coop as soon as possible. Hopefully he was able to be placed with somebody elses cockerel. The last update was a good one (which was a complete shock) but that was a few months ago...

Louise, the chickens actually belong to my mother and sibling, but yes. I've had four...Two battery hens and two Vorworks. But I lost interest in chickens quickly. It was always a fleeting interest, anyway; which is why I only had a few to start with. I didn't want to have 20 chickens, and then decide that I couldn't be bothered! My family are both mad about chickens. Hence the above pictures!

I love your chickens! My hubby has some of those at his work for sell, he runs a Farm Store. Looks like you have a nice secure coop from what I can see. Hubby keeps telling me he will bring me chickens, I tell him I don't have a coop built yet! I do find chickens rather beautiful.

Dongles here are "flash drives", thanks for the info.
