Brenda, everywhere that I put the seeds this time is full of green sprouts! I think the first time we got too much rain right after I planted them. I have a lot coming up our front. I needed them badly out there. The area gets lots of sun and I need some good hearty perennials that will come back every year. I'm done with annuals out there, and wimpy perennials!
I bought another Evening Primrose last night for out front. I need some spreading plants and I've heard that one is quite hardy. I can always pull out if needed where I don't want it if it really starts to take over.
My front flower bed is always so pretty in the spring, but when those flowers are done it looks a little blah. I'm slowly getting it to where I want it, its a work in progress!
I found a zuccini last night that was about 3 inches long already!! I did notice some blooms have zuccini and the others are on just a straight stem, no fruit. I guess those are the males

(See I learned AND retained something here!)
Cucumbers, cucumbers, cucumbers. I will have lots of them.
Brenda, I have never had fried cucumbers. Are they similar to tomatoes or zuccinni fried?
