I am totally digging the new avatar, RJM! Those two were certainly the hit of the Falls!

Kwak, I LOVE the photo of Jose and Gizzie!! I was scrolling down, saw the photo, then saw Jose in an avi...RJM, very cool!!!

It is so hard to believe it has been 2 weeks...I miss each and every one of you. And I know Jose misses all the attention. And his BFF, Gizzie. How I wish we lived closer for play dates!!

Margie, I feel exactly the same way. It hasn't even been quite two weeks, and yet in some ways it feels like a lifetime ago, and in others, it feels like yesterday.

I can't wait to see the rest of everyone's pictures. We had such a good time, didn't we "Theatre Margie?!". :D 8)

It was such a whirlwind of a weekend.

I can't get over how easy it was hanging out with everyone. After the initial shock of a whole whack of new people at once, everything just fell into place and it felt like normal. How rare is that??

Edit to fix a typo...I don't know what a "whirlwing" is!

Excellent point Lynners. I felt so comfortable with each and every one of you...just like we were old friends.

Margie, I think the Gizz-Monster is missing his buddy. He's been pestering Kessler to play with him, which never happened before. Kessler will have none of it, naturally!

We were just like old friends and knew each other so well.

Deb, Kris gets the credit for the group pics, she had the tripod. There pics of Linda and I and Miss Sadie. I can't remember if she posted them here or if I saw them on FB. She will come along and post the pics.

I love RJM's Avi! The butter boys got along so well.

Here are few more pics:

Thanks Kian for pointing out that it was Kris's wee tripod. It's easy to forget who took what, in terms of photos!

I loved your new photos! The Butterfly Conservatory looks like something I would have really enjoyed. I loved the statue of the child and the dog. You took some amazing pictures in there, as well as of The Falls.

I also enjoy the candid group photos. Apparently I gesture a great deal while talking. :? Seeing everyone was the best part, and I also felt like we had all known each other forever.

Lynners (I nearly used your real name  ), I felt so badly when I hadn't said a proper hello to you and you followed me for a hug. You are such a darling! Didn't we have a blast at the "after party" in my room?! :P We're not that far apart, yanno! There's no reason we can't arrange a small meet up with RJM and you. We'll triangulate a spot perhaps one of these days.

RJM, I am missing posts from your HO. He is such a riot! You two make a beautiful couple. ♥ You compliment each other perfectly. :D

I am still rather awestruck that we managed to pull it off. It was so exciting to all be together.

Linda, I enjoyed every minute with you, and Del! You are as sweet as you appear and funny too. Del was such a good sport about it all, and I love that picture Elliot took of him at the table during dinner. I hope he jumps into the fray and posts his pictures and thoughts! 8)

I miss you all more than you could know.

Great photos everyone, I did get caught up in here. I had to take a hiatus from the DP for a while. Sometimes we just have to do that. I'm still not sure how much I will be posting, but will check in more often.

Kian, you took some awesome butterfly photos! I absolutely love the fall photo in all white too, that is as beautiful as the photos with the colors. Wow!! Great job you

Kwak, I have REALLY enjoyed your photos on fb. Keep them coming.

Oh, I almost forgot. Deb I don't really have any more photos to add. I'll go look again, but I think I posted all of the Niagara ones that turned out decent. I'll take another look and add any if I find any treasures . Unfortunately we didn't take many photos of Kian's time here in Indy it went so fast. When we picked her up at the airport everything happened so fast, Del even had his p&s camera in hand and forgot to take photos. Yes we did a happy dance, and it didn't get photographed. I didn't think about grabbing my camera before we left to go visit my mom & daughter. You would have loved how Tommy snuck up onto the couch right between Kian and me. He is a shy little boy, but he liked her 8) .

Edit: TMI.

Linda, I think I've finally posted all of my "postable" Niagara Pictures as well. I'm not at all surprised to hear that Tommy was drawn to Kian. The gift she has extends to all living creatures, and for those of us who are blessed to have met her, it is easy to see.

I was quite late coming to this thread last night, and although I was going to post, I changed my mind. However, one part that is worth repeating is how much I am enjoying seeing everyone's pictures, and hearing from everyone whom I met. The world became much smaller to me 2 weeks ago, in the most delightful way. 8)

Kwak, I love your new photos. You captured the Rainbow so well. When Elliot and I first checked into our room, and walked through to the bedroom, the view of The Falls, with the Rainbow was breath taking, and a wonderful way to kick off a terrific weekend.

How lovely that you were able to drop in on RJM and her HO, and visit with Ruby, Kessler and Gizzie! You certainly covered a lot of area in a short time while you were here.

I also think it is beyond ironic that you would encounter Linda and Del at the ROM! The chances of that are SO slim. Half the time two people can't meet up there if they plan it! That is a lovely picture you took of the two of them.

I did cover a lot of ground. I put on 2,102 miles  on my rental car in just 12 days and three of those days the car didn't move. Good thing I had unlimited miles. lol
