Hi my name is Gwendolyn, and I am the lucky companion to Bear. Bear, I am quite sure, has the soul of "Angel" the Great Pyrenees I had when I was a little girl. Bear has been the best dog I could ever have wished for. Okay.... my heart is breaking...... and I am getting all teary eyed. I submitted a new thread, (I think) "Please don't let it be cancer", or very close to that. If I don't find an answer, or the answer I am looking for, I do believe I will find compassion. If there are 7 stages of grief I am absolutely juggling 1-4 and I haven't even lost him. Ugh! Sorry for rambling. Can this count for my introduction too...please!

Welcome Gwendolyn. Bear is absolutely beautiful. I know only too well what you are going through at the moment. I hope to find your thread and I'll comment more in there.

For now, you are both lovely, and thanks for joining the "Brave Club", not that you need to brave as you are very attractive. Positive thoughts! You'll find this is a very supportive community of dog lovers with seemingly never ending compassion for others. They have sustained me through a great deal already, and I know we'll all be here for you too.
