Paul is SO adorable, I can't stand it. What a sweet, sweet card. I remember another card where he went to the trouble of using a different colour for each word.

If one reads only the words he has written, it says it all. You two defy all the odds, and it fills me with joy. You know I love you both, very much. Enjoy Paul's cooking, as I know you do. Tell him he hit a home run, out of the park, with the Ladies of the DP!

I've never heard of catfish schnitzel but it sounds good...and of course your birthday dessert sounds fabulous!

Yeah, that one is a bit of a stretch! It's simply a catfish fillet, breaded with seasoned panko crumbs, and fried. Both Paul and Brandi had the veal schnitzel, which was prepared in the traditional way, which is basically pounded thin, breaded and fried. I guess they thought they could call the catfish schnitzel too! LOL!

We have a chain of steakhouses that advertise s running chocolate bar for dipping. Every time I see the advertisement, I think of the picture RJM posted in my mind.I don't think I could go in that steakhouse without blushing now.
