Sadie looks as though she just might roll over for a tummy rub if you continue to move forward in just the right way. :D

I call that "horse lookin' ya" as horses often give a sideways glance. Sadie has become such a beautiful young lady.

Great googly! I got the most gawdawful chill when I read the above subject line. I don't know why my mind went there, but I am terribly happy I was totally wrong, wrong, wrong!

Grace is certainly the right name for our Sadie! I like "horse lookin' at ya" too! LOL!

Thanks to you all  That's exactly what I thought Deb, horse lookin' ya!!

Phyrie, I didn't even think about that  . No she is still very much alive and having a blast with life.

Sadie got a good run at the park tonight. Yes, her old mom ran with her  . Only in short 20 -30 yard spurts until the last one and then we let all of the steam out and ran for a while.

She didn't know what to think when I took off the first time. She ran along side me just watching trying to figure out what in the world I was doing! After that she looked like she was smiling each time I took off.

I would wait until she stopped to sniff something in the grass and then take off 8) . My girl seems to like games, so this was my new one for her. I think it was a hit! She's now sound asleep on the bed.

And I feel exhilarated! (Thank goodness we were the only ones at the park since it was a rainy night) :?
What a sight!!

Awww Linda, that sounds like such a lovely time with Sadie at the park! Isn't it wonderful when our dogs look at us with confusion! "What is that crazy lady doing now? OK....I'll play!" is what I'm sure Sadie was thinking. 8)

I imagine you looked youthful and exuberant, as always. You could easily pass for 30...easily! :D

It's wonderful to hear you and Sadie are enjoying life, even in the rain.

Ha Ha! Thanks Deb, I wish  .

We did have fun, I love this girl!! Now, she will want me to run every time, I'm sure. Instead of being known as the lady with the black and white dog, I'll be known as the nutty lady with the black and white dog

Never mind....you will not be seen that way! Everyone will wonder who the Cougar is with that lovely Black and White beauty! :D

I'm not kidding about passing for 30! There are some 30 year old women I've seen that look older than you. Elliot's Grade 8 Grad..."Mrs. Robinson in Fuscia is case in point!

It is such a beautiful day here, and we had such a good time at the park, I just had to share a photo that I took while there. (Plus it was time to bump this so it doesn't get lost in the archives!)

Image

I thought it turned out pretty decent for being taken with my phone! Good enough to post anyway.

I should have taken my camera with me, even if it was just the small p&s. The wind was blowing through the corn field at one end of the park. It was such a pleasant sound, and very loud! It's field corn, so the stalks and ears are all brown and dried, it made the best sound. A sound video of that behind Sadie would have been nice!

Linda, Sadie has the prettiest smile! :D

I can imagine the sound of the corn rustling. You know it's Autumn when...!

The picture turned out extremely well. The camera's on phones are improving exponentially it seems. What a happy girl ♥
