I totally agree with Phyrie, but I do know some people won't understand. That just comes with the territory while they buy their pre-packaged meat in a grocery story.
I also noticed it was a Doe. Is that meat more tender? I know "Venison" is considered a delicacy and while I've had some in the past, I've not had a great deal of it. What do you do with the hide, if anything?
