Phyrie I'm late as always ,to this thread but I so agree with every0ne else. You are not broken , there is no set mold for us to fit in and if there was how boring this world would be.

You know if it was something Kiba needed or you thought he needed you'd do it.

Also just because you see someone and talk does not mean they are always right . Check them out not everyone is right for every person. Hope you understand what I mean. My second ex was a real joy and did a number on me and his son , we went to counseling , never have I been so glad for an other persons input. My sons counselor was an angel she helped so much.

Feel better soon my friend this is just one more small bump in the road of life . I know you will take care of this with you own special style .

Brenda, how is it that you can manage to say everything I was trying to say in such a perfect, short and concise manner?! That is just another one of your charms that makes us all love you. ♥

Phyrie, I've missed you this weekend. I hope you are alright angel.

I'm just fine, Deb. I've been busy, and I've been over to the mainland a couple of times, which is an entire day's effort.

I'm over again tomorrow to FINALLY pick up my grocery gift cards. I have to pose for pictures for the local paper (*sigh*), which I hate, but it's expected. I'm kind of p.o.'d that I have to pay over $30 to go over, but hell, I'm picking up $2500 worth of gift cards, so it's not TOO bad, right?! LOL!

Phyrie, you do make me laugh! I think $2,500.00 is a great ROI (return on investment) on $30.00! :P

If you are in the paper, please, please, please post a clipping for us, or at least email one to me....please :D :D :D :D

I think it's wonderful that you won those groceries. Imagine the savings if you plan the shopping around their sales! I hope you have a mighty big freezer! Food always tastes better when it's free, or someone else makes it. 8)

Your wish is my command. It's a terrible pic, but what can I say? I didn't take it, nor had any input as to which one was published.

I can tell already that these cards aren't going to last nearly as long as we thought at first. But who cares?! Free is free!

Thank you for posting that!!! It's too bad they spelled your name incorrectly, but they were close. I am still so excited for your win.

I think you look beautiful, as always. :D

They didn't ask me how to spell it, and I didn't think of it at the time. I don't know about "beautiful" part though! My coat was zipped up over a sweater, so I look big as a house! Well, bigger than normal, anyway! LOL!

After much discussion, heartache, and tears, I managed to explain to Paul that I had rings a bit less "bridey" and and little more "mature" in mind when I was looking at rings to replace my lost set. These are the ones that now grace my hand. I tried to take pics of them myself, but I just couldn't get any that do them justice. I'm including one of the least worst, just for scale.

Needless to say, I am over-the-top delighted!

And here's one of the best reasons for having grandchildren. Handy hint: 10 year old little girls DON'T TALK while they are sleeping!

Phyrie, I LOVE your new rings!!!! :D 8) They are so pretty and far more "grown up" as you mentioned. They really suit you. The setting is very interesting in the way it makes the wedding band complete the set. Lovely!!! I am fond of channel set diamonds as well as baguettes. Jewellery and food are two of my favourite things. :P (There's a third thing, but that's for another thread, or Forum  )

Your Granddaughter still has her "baby face" that is often only apparent when they are sleeping, at that age. What a beautiful girl! The more I hear about this bed of yours, the more I think perhaps that should be my new bed of choice.

The new rings are gorgeous! Just perfect and so pretty. You are all bundled up for the shopping winner picture, I did notice that the guy on the far left looks really cold.

A sleeping child is precious and quiet!

How many little bowls do you need to make crab-stuffed phyllo bundles? ALL of them! LOL! All of these yummy things go into the wok, and then you fold it into little triangles of phyllo pastry. Makes the BEST appetizer evar! Shall serve these tomorrow night at Brandi's. We always have appetizers for dinner on Christmas Eve. Yum!
