Think of you every minute Blue

Postby elmer23 on Sun Jan 22, 2012 1:17 pm

On tues 3rd Jan my beloved Blue was put to sleep. He got sick on sunday and was rushed to the vet. He had contracted meningitis :( On tues at lunch we went to the vets to check him and he seemed to know we were there but by 7 he had gotten worse and was having fits. We knew the time had come. I know he had said goodbye to us at lunch time.

He was only 7 and my heart is actually broken. I have cried everyday since that day. I cant get over my loss. Ive never felt so sad. I know he is looking over us and the memories will stay with me forever. He was an unbelievably special dog and is very sadly missed. We got him cremated and we should get him back this week. The pain will start all over again but at least he will be home.

I love you to bits Blue...always have and always will.

Gone but not forgotten.

My heart fell when I saw your title. I knew Blue wasn't that old, I am so sorry for your loss. He was most beautiful and to lose him so quickly. I am so sorry. Sending Hugs all the way to Ireland!

It is always so hard to lose our beloved babies, but when they are young it is even more heartbreaking.
I am so sorry to learn of Blue's passing. May be run free at the bridge!

I am so very sorry for your sudden loss of Blue! I thought I was misreading the title. As Kian said, I also knew that Blue wasn't very old.

No wonder it has taken you a couple of weeks to post. I am shocked and deeply saddened. You have my deepest sympathy, and a hug too!
