Hi all dog lovers. My name is Fleur and I only joined a few days ago.
I am from Australia and I'm the mother of 2 boys aged 7 & 8 and a little princess named Mindy, she is a Beagle x King Charles Spaniel.
I tried to put several photos in one of the albums I have created but only 2 uploaded. When I try to upload another I am told that I have exceeded my mb limit...??????, What does that mean ?. I would be greatful of some feedback...Thanks.

Hi Fleur! What a beautiful name, and I'm sure you are a lovely flower.

I also have two boys, but one is nearly 16, and the other just turned 20. I also happen to have two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, also boys, but we are miles apart as I'm in London, Ontario, Canada, and you are in Australia. We have quite a few members from Australia.

Try using "Photobucket" (or another free, photo web hosting site) for your photos. It is much easier to post them in the Forums using the link provided. I use that, as do many of our members. It also serves as an off site back up for some of your favourite photos.

When it comes to adding to my profile, I need my son's help to adjust the picture to the right size. RJM (RubyJeansMom) is very helpful as well when it comes to resizing. When you use Photobucket, don't select the largest size, but the one down from it as it cuts off the right hand of your photo to make room for the avatar.

There are instructions in the "Information Box" at the top of this Section that might be helpful, although the screen "shots" are outdated, the ease of use is the same. I am so technologically challenged and I've managed it, so I'm sure you can as well. We love pictures!

I eventually put a few photos in Mindy's album, but some can be viewed close up ( large view ) and the others you can't enlarge, .....I give up !. Oh well, I'll just sit back and enjoy the many beautiful pups featured, .

If you wish to post a picture on the Forum, that is a good time to use Photobucket.
