Hello everyone,

Haven't been on Dailypuppy for 2 weeks.... haha. I think it's a record? I have to slowly get practicing for staying away from the computer for the start of schooling this year.......
So school will start in 10days!!! On the 24th of January. lucky no school on the Thursday on 26th because it's Australia Day.. YAY! These holidays has nearly been 2months, and once school starts it would be 2 months, but I felt like it has only been 1week...
But I have to get my sleeping pattern changed better by then and slowly getting away from the computer(internet) so it won't be too hard when school starts.
So this is going to be the hardest school year for me since I will begin my OP testing. Which is a rank of your Overall Position to get into university and determines which courses you can get into.

I thought this was SUPER CUTE when I saw Saffy & Pingu sleeping in this position because I remembered I had a photo of them EXACTLY like this when Pingu was a tiny baby, so this is kind of like a before and after picture from when Pingu is (probably) fully grown.
BTW- His 1st Birthday is in 15days!!! On the 30th of January!!! WOW, these last few years have gone by SO FAST!

Louise, your holidays have gone by rather quickly! I feel as though your Christmas Break has barely started. Did you ever make it to the Lagoon? (I want pictures! )

I loved the video of Saffy and Pingu when Pingu was still so wee. Saffy is so sweet, and simply goes away when the little one bothers her. I also was amused by the way she showed Pingu "here's your treat, the bone is mine". The comparison photos also show how big Pingu has become. I can't believe he's nearly a year old!

Chewy sounds like a lovely new friend for Bill. As far as I know, Shih Tzu's are quite small, so perhaps there is a larger mix in with Chewy. I'm sure in time, all 3 of them will become the best of friends.

It is always good to hear from you. Don't let this next bit of school stress you too much. I know how important it is, but remember to be good to yourself. ♥

I just wanted to shoutout:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY PINGU!!!

So it is Pingu's 1st Birthday today and I am just uploading his "Birthday Video" which is basically photos & videos of him growing up to what he is now.
Pingu got many cuddles, kisses & tummy rubs this morning before I went off to school, also a yummy chew stick. this afternoon he got a bone and another chew stick and mum went out to buy some chicken necks because those are his FAVOURITE DINNER DISH, so Saffy & him ate that for dinner.
I learned how to sing Happy Birthday in Korean ~ I'm so proud, haha. So I sang him a little Bday song in English and Korean. So today he got many treats and during the day Saffy's present for him will be her companionship, haha. They probably played all day in the backyard!

I am here just to quickly pop in and give a bit on what's happening lately...
Well it's Feb 26... my birthday, haha I actually remembered it today so YEAH!
Lol, since my friends knew when my Bday was before I did... I only knew it was coming up a week ago when they said "Louise, your Birthday is in a week"
WOW ~ MIND BLOWING
Time flys by SO FAST when all you do is assignments & homework.... Lol.
That has been my life lately ~ EXCITING! it's actually been much more work than I expected and very tiring.
Thank god I have no part time job or I would be sleeping in school!!!!

PLUS it was very confusing so I ended up buying a few different coloured pens so I can tell the difference of what is what.
BUT- I'm glad the work isn't too hard.

On other news, I'm 16..... not technically, I'll be 16 at 1:30pm this afternoon, haha.
But I have not even thought about getting my drivers license, or birthday, or presents.....
Since I'm 16 I can take the drivers test but, I'm will be too busy through the next few weeks until the term 1 holidays which is.... in a few weeks, I don't know since time goes by so fast and I like to take things week by week- if I think too far ahead I will get a headache.... like what I've been doing recently. Last week had a headache 4 days in a row which was just perfect.

I'm so sorry everyone for the rant, you don't have to read any of this. It's just all depressing updated news, lol. Just me.... ranting on....

On better news, at least I have my Saffy & Pingu to welcome me home every afternoon from school. Who also sleep with me as soon as I get home from school. (Catch up sleep since every night I stay up till about 2am doing homework/assignments)
~ I read somewhere where TOO much homework is bad for you ~
I really think its true if its too much... But I guess my friends don't have my problems because they don't do the same subjects as me plus they don't do their homework.
Again, I am so sorry. I just need to get this out, I am basically typing what comes to my head write now because I feel FREEDOM in doing this.

Also, a present I got for my bday was actually from yesterday when mum and I quickly went out to get a few things:
* bday cake
* bday card & present for me, haha (I was there to pick all of this)
* school socks
* doggie shampoo, conditioner and heartwiom tab

ANYWAYS, I chose these GORGEOUS earrings at Prouds Jewelry, they actually match the silver ring I got for Xmas.
Since I really wanted a new pair of earrings for school to wear everyday and they are SO PRETTY but casual enough for school.

Lately I've been craving to eat korean food.... bibimbap.....*drool*
(I've never actually tasted it - but you should google it!)
So I decided to make my own SIMPLE version since I cannot cook, I can basically boil & microwave heat, haha.
So this was my version which tasted DELICIOUS!

the next day was a bit changed since I added cabbage, more beans, snow peas & pumpkin and got rid of the corn and eggs.
Still VERY DELICIOUS!

You are one very busy girl, looking at your schedule photo. Sounds like you need to get some more relaxation time, sweetie. A four day headache??? I get those from overdoing, stress, and not eating properly. (sorry if I'm sounding like your mum...) At least Saffy and Pingu are there to help you relax.

My goodness, time flies!!! I have been missing you of late, and can see why now. You are certainly busy and I applaud you for your goals and successes.

Saffy is such a funny one. Even in her so called "anger", I can see that she is wondering "is this o.k.?" Pingu had probably bothered her for the very last time that day.

Hello everyone!

Wow, I actually kind of forgot how to post... anyways I figured it out. What bad memory I have!
I actually didn't plan on being away from dailypuppy for so long. I guess I've been on hiatus for a few months.
A lot has happened, A LOT. Life gets busy.
Well, I am on mid-year holidays (Winter holidays). So freezing!
My definition of freezing is 16 degrees Celsius... haha.
Anyways, Saffy & Pingu are going really good. Besides shivering all day inside the house.
It's been raining a lot these days... weird for Winter.
So while I have been on hiatus - with all the happens - there have been many bad things going on.
One being how all the data on the computer completely wiping out.... including entire school assignments.
Along with photos, videos and SO MUCH. It was stressing.

So many videos that I was planning to post on Youtube got deleted so there is no way to retrieve them.
The only videos I have are the ones on Youtube which may be 100videos, but on my computer I had SO MANY good ones that I never got around to posting yet. That hasn't been worse that has happened during the last few months as something happened to my best friend and I was by her side for support. Cancer has it's way coming around way too often.
Yeah so that was quite draining. Hmm... happy points during the last few months?
I am thankful I am healthy and the dogs are healthy too. Holidays just started and I get 2 weeks to half enjoy it as unfortunately I still have assignments over the holidays. Then it's back to school.
This year has gone by so fast it's not funny. It's actually quite scary because all my high school years are actually blending in together so it feels like I've only been here for 1 year and not 4 years...
I plan on uploading a video soon to Youtube. Nothing fancy just Saffy & Pingu being cute (shivering) haha.

How is everyone going? Anything happening lately? I hope everyone is doing well! Take care of your health!!!

I've also being squeezing in time to study Korean through all my assignment/essays/reports/homework.
I've learned so much about the Korean culture and know how to read Hangul. Although I can't actually translate it or know what it means in English but I can read it out in Korean. I've learned a bit of Mandarin too.
I am proud of myself but in no way am I going to try pinyin or the Chinese characters as there are thousands!
I can at least sing Korean & Chinese which I am very proud of. I only know the basics in Mandarin like: hello, hello everyone, leader, I love you, thankyou and then the lyrics to my favourite bands lyrics(haha). I also learned that they actually say "?" (the question mark) as "ma" = "吗?"

So all this learning Mandarin is actually from my favourite band as they are a South Korean/Chinese band with 12 members. The name is EXO. The band is divided into 2 sub-groups called EXO-K & EXO-M. So EXO-K sings in Korean while EXO-M in Mandarin. Haha, so that's why I know how to sing the same song in Mandarin & Korean.

Hi Louise, wow you have a been busy heaps! Sorry to hear about your friend with cancer, how is she doing now?

Winter, that's hard to fantom here in the Northern Hemisphere where we are having high temps and way too many fires. Send some of that winter north!

The boys are cute, I can see why you like them.
