Thank you, Deb. I know i'm hardest on myself.

Waffles' ears are pretty big and floppy  He likes to flop them, and i keep telling him if he flops them hard enough he just may fly one day! :D

The OH and I are blessed to have each other and i am grateful for that every day. I think you should join me for some food and drink

I could easily dig into those nachos, those look so good.

I love the Willow Figurines, I hadn't seen that one. It's one I would certainly get. Love the roses, so pretty. I will pick up interesting rocks and set them in one of the garden beds. I love yours, those really cool

I didn't see a video? Waffles looks so well behaved playing the boy, I love that your OH is watching on. He is a beautiful pup!

I understand your guilt for re-homing Triscuit, it was the best situation for your family, so stop now! Is Waffle feeling less stressed now? Giving Triscuit to a family member is so much better than a unknown. The lady who I suggested she re-home her Yorkie still wants to rotate them room - room. It isn't fair to any dog or human to live like that.

I had to re-home a dog, she was a older ACD and had never been taught impluse control. My problem was the kids next door riding thier horses and she going after the horses. I wasn't home enough to work with her and it always worried me that she would cause a horse to buck with a kid on it. A Bull Rider came around and saw her working instinct, he wanted her as he had just lost a dog. So we agreed that would be the best situation for her and it was. Yes it was hard as I felt as a trainer I had failed her, time just wasn't on my side as I worked and was raising very young kids.

Thank you, Kian! So glad you enjoyed my pics :D

No, the video of Waffles playing with the little boy didn't come out right. it looks good when we watch it on our camera but when we uploaded it, the color was so dark you really couldn't see anything. My OH tried working with some lighting and it still wasn't coming right....our camera is getting pretty old...we just hesitate on getting a new one because it takes such great pics, still. I think i wanna get a new one though...maybe surprise the OH with one

I love the Willow figurines...as soon as i saw that one I HAD to have it.

Thank you for sharing your re-homing story with me. Waffles' stress level has shown a significant difference. He's more at ease and his little personality is coming out even more :D He must have felt so repressed....and i'm happy to see that i clearly made the choice that was best for everyone. Waffles has been sleeping better, too....straight with snoring, legs up in the air, belly exposed...he never slept like that before...he was always on guard. So, i'm happy that he feels so comfortable and safe now!!!

I love rocks and collecting them...my OH laughs because we'll be walking somewhere and i'm always looking down and i'll say "Oh Wow! Look at that rock!" The colors are amazing in them.

Waffles is a beautiful BOY! Awwwww! What a sweetheart. ♥

While I like the effect you put on the picture, with the carpet being so "busy" it took away a bit from lovely Waffles, who has a "busy" coat! He does have the most loving eyes!

Gorgeous!

Thank you, Deb :) I mean, Sis

He is quite a "busy" guy, indeed...in more ways than one  He's really enjoying life better as a single dog. Triscuit, has taken well to his new home. Seems he is happier, as well. And that's good news for me :D He's living the life of a city dog now!

What a lovely boy! I'm so pleased to hear how happy he is now. Sometimes people think that littermates will automatically be best friends, and that just isn't the case. It's almost as if they are hard wired to separate and make their own lives. I'm so glad Waffles is so happy now!

I'll bet Triscuit is happy being "an only child" as well. See...it's a win/win/win! :D

Waffles is one smart fellow knowing enough to put a paw in the pot to keep it from sliding across the floor. I also loved the photo of him on the River Bank with his bum up high in the air on the log. All of the pictures were great. I'm glad that peace and harmony have been restored once again to your home. ♥
