New to the forums and thought I would start with an intro
My name is Michael. I'm 31 and I live in Alaska. My "Fur Baby" is named Kiseki. She is a Chesapeake Bay Retriever/American Bulldog. Her name means Miracle in Japanese. She was born without a heartbeat and not breathing. Her original owners were able to revive her though. She healthy and full of energy now. At 17 1/2 weeks she is about 45 lbs. She has learned "Sit", "Come" and is getting pretty good at "Lay Down". Fetch is one of her favorite games to play.
Welcome to DP! Alaska is beautiful this time of the year. We are planning a trip there again next fall 2013, Denali is in the plans. Kiseki is adorable!
I'm Kian and live in the lower 40 on a little farm in the Southwest.
Hello Michael and Kiseki! Welcome to the DP, a wonderful place! We, Liz, Scott, Daisy, Buddy and little Levon live near Columbia, SC! My sister and her family live two houses away from me and they were Alaska residents during a tour of duty. They have never stopped talking about life in Alaska, they loved it!
Hi Michael and Kiseki! What a darling girl you have, and I did enjoy all of the photos. She is very cute, and a miracle baby too.
Welcome to The Daily Puppy from Oliver & Henry, and their Mum (Deborah) in London, Ontario, Canada. I just returned from a wonderful trip to BC, and my Mum recently went on an Alaskan Cruise and loved it! You live in a beautiful part of the world.
