Ahh, Snapdragons. They always remind me of my granny (she had them in her garden). What are the lilac/purple flowers?

How do you manage to keep your garden looking like that when you are away travelling?

those are Michaelmas Daisies,.....very easy to grow,...they last up to the first frost,..and they are approx 18 in high,...those snapdragon,...that is exactly the same reminder as you,..my grandparents grew them as well!,....i am hesitant about continuing with posting further,...as this thread was supposed to be in Off Topic,...i never ever visited Over The Rainbow,...i hope an Administrator spots it and changes it over,..otherwise i will have to delete all and start over.
Oh i spend a part of most days in the garden,...even if for just a half hour,..but when i am going away,..i really get stuck in before departing,...also a lot of my flowers cover the ground,...helps stop weeds.
