Mine tend to gulp down their food quickly and gives one of them a weak stomach. So I changed their bowls to the kind that has blockers in it to slow them down, that has helped.

hmm i never thought of that, Marco is a chow hound and loves to gulp down his food, but his tummy is 100% b etter now that he's on Nutrual natural which is what the breeder had him on.. it seems that's the only food he can eat, and only their treats as well..

We'll still be here... Marco will be a year old then!! I can't wait for the next date, how long will you be in town this next trip, do you know yet? maybe we could meet up twice while you're here if time allows, I know that Marco really does miss his Allie, I have the card that you guys sent him on the fridge down low and he walks over and smells it and licks it all the time  he's so cute... thanks for the card btw I LOVE the paw prints!

Topaz has started an odd eating habit... I'm not sure why. I feed her twice a day. She was never hungry in the middle of the day, so I just don't give to her. So it's twice a day. Lately, she hasn't been eating one meal or the other. She'll eat breakfast, but won't want her dinner that day. Or vice versa. I've had a couple people assure me that it's okay, she's just eating when she's hungry. Some days however, she will eat both. I'm just hoping she's eating enough. It's coming out fine. Lot's of energy. Vet said she was at the perfect weight.

Do I have anything to be concerned about? Or am I just being a worried mommy?

im no vet of course ..
but i wouldnt be worried to much Meeko does the exact same thing. she gets fed twice, once in the morning and then once at night and sometimes she changes on how much she eats at each given time. :D
Im sure it just like humans we dont eat the same amounts everyday
some days where hungryer then others as well :)

So cute!! I love all the pictures of Meeko just laying there. I can never get Topaz to continue laying down.... As soon as she sees me, that's it. She's up. No matter how fast I am. :)

Meeko's dirt covered mouth is soo cute!

Haha. :D
Topaz knows wait, but I can't take a picture of her while she's doing it. It's just not her natural look.

It's a "Mom's going to call me, I know she is! Did she call me yet? I'm sure she means to call me. Oh no! Is she doing something fun without ME?!!?! Oh why do I have to wait?!" look.

I forgot to tell you- the color looks very nice in these pictures. :D Did you decide to use photoshop after all? :D
