Oh no RJM. My stomach just did a somersault when I read that title. I suppose at least he isn't suffering any more but that is no consolation. Huge, huge hugs to you and your family.

RJM...my heart is breaking for you. I am so truly sorry for your loss. I am so glad that you have such wonderful videos and pictures of him. The last time I looked, he was playing happily and that's how I'll always remember your darling Joey. He was a beautiful boy indeed!

RJM, I am sending you and your OH my hardest hugs. I am so very sorry.

Thank you so much for all the condolences...I don't know what I would do without my DP friends.
Joey was such a special boy and it means so much to have your support at such a difficult time.

RJM, I am so sorry that Joey didn't make it. The last post seemed so positive. At least his last few days were good, so your last memories won't be sad ones. Not much consolation, for a much loved friend and companion. You are in my thoughts and prayers and I'm sending healing thoughts and hugs to you. Joey is running and playing without pain or effort, now truly free.
He will live on in your mind and heart forever. Marne

RJM, we may not know each other that well, but I just wanted to say I am wishing you and your family brighter days as you remember Joey. It's hard to lose a best friend that you have had for so long. But at least we know he is living peacefully up at the Rainbow Bridge and waiting for your return. Joey was a sweet boy and he looked like he had many happy years with you. I'm very sorry you had to lose him.

Many warm hugs,
K
