Hi, I'm new here too and having a heck of time trying to figure stuff out, even just putting a picture of my baby on, so you're way ahead of me. I love golden retrievers too - we had one, a male, Hoochie, the most sweetest dog you could ever ask for. You're very lucky. We have a Bernese Mountain Dog now and he's just wonderful too. Personally, I think all dogs, cats, birds, anything except snakes and spiders and those centipede things, are wonderful. Let me know how you got your baby's picture on the site. And please, put us out of our misery - what did you have for breakfast

Welcome puppy lover you are correct this is a wonderful site!! I just discovered it myself a few weeks ago and I have had fun talking to everyone.

I love Bernese Mountain Dogs, you are lucky to live in a cooler climate than I ( I live in Florida) it is way too hot here for them.

It is even too hot here in the Summer for my GSD. My Cur loves it , the hotter the better for her.
