I don't know why I haven't checked the off topic thread in awhile, i fell behind on all the pictures!

They were all absolutely gorgeous. When I was out west we also went to Lake Louise, Mirror Lake and others. They are just so beautiful, pictures don't do them justice. The water is such an awesome colour. When we hiked up to..oh gosh, I think it was Lake Agnes? Where you can hike up to the 'beehive' too? There were people swimming in the lake at the top that is fed by a glacier. I stuck my hand in and it was SO cold. You were allowed to fill up your water bottle in the lake, (they suggest you go down by the waterfall where the rocks have filtered it) that's how clean it is! The restaurant up there makes their own bread and everything. The staff have to hike up there with supplies and such. They stay for almost a week, then hike back down to stay with parents or wherever they live on their days off. It's pretty cool!

Anyways! the photos are awesome, I'm glad you stayed safe, although hiking on trails by yourself must have been creepy!

Yay, Kwak and Phyrie! Looks like you were having fun.

Calgary stampede looks amazing. What a treat for the senses. The horses are beautiful. The scenery in Banff is breathtaking. What an adventure. Thanks for sharing it all with us. I want to go to Canada.

Kwak, that is magnificent scenery. I think you are quite brave to stop and take pictures while on that swinging bridge! I think I would want to scoot across as quickly as possible.

That's the last of the photos. I'm glad everyone enjoyed them.
I had a great time. Only problem was it was too short. There were so many more places I would have loved to see or spend more time at.

Deb it wasn't so bad. It was swinging when I was walking. But once I stopped it didn't swing much. I'm just glad it wasn't windy that day.

Beautiful! I love the scenery, the forest is paradise to me. I would love the swinging bridge, watch out I would be the child jumping up and down. Not sure if OH would venture out on it.

The trees look really old and water falls are breathtaking. Your pics are postcard perfect.
