Sam was born in 1971 and died in 1984, he loved life! Sam got spinal meningitus when he was 13 years old. There was nothing we could do for him and he was deteriorating fast. I tortured myself but there was no choice and i took him to the vet to be put down. I felt like a traitor but gave the order and it was over very quickly. i know it was the right thing to do and that was a long time ago but i still think of him and what if my decision was wrong. He was far too much a regal smart and proud dog to go out the pain he was in. I wish big dogs had a larger life scan. My boy was quite old for a doberman really and he lived his life well and loved nothing more than children, they were his life and he was theirs! We miss you our Doberman Sam, R.I.P Bud, your loved forever.View Profile
Brandy was a lovely affecionate girl, she was a doberman shepherd mix she always stuck to Sam's side and after he had died her world had fallen apart, she truly loved him she was sad laying in her bed not eating or drinking, we took her to the vet when they then told us she was heartbroken we knew this was because of Sam passing away, It was such a shame our poor girl eventually passed away 2 weeks after Sam's death, she was only 7 years old my poor old Brandy, she was so sweet and lovable, at least there together now, R.I.P Brandy, loved forever.View Profile
