Code

In Loving MemoryIn Loving Memory

Code was adopted through a local animal shelter in Warren County, Ohio. He was a strikingly handsome dog, and remarkably gentle- despite his very wolf-like appearance. When meeting new, smaller dogs, he would often lay down flat on the ground to make himself less intimidating. He loved hiking with me, playing tug-o'-war with chew ropes and simply being with his "pack". He crossed the rainbow bridge over two years ago, and we still grieve his passing.

Dudley

Dudley

Dudley spent his puppyhood without any human contact. His sad story of neglect came to an end when volunteers with Lost Angels Animal Rescue in Kanawha County, West Virginia took him into foster care and helped him adjust to life with humans. We found him on PetFinder and brought him into our family, where he is the well-loved big brother to our cats and his new puppy sister Nuka.

Nuka Bear

Nuka Bear

Nuka Bear's foster name was, aptly, Little Bear. We combined her given name with the Eskimo/Inuit word Nukka, which means "younger sister." Nuka was the last puppy rescued from a litter of eight. Their feral Momma is still loose. Volunteers with Lost Angels Animal Rescue in Kanawha County, West Virginina are trying to catch and take care of her.
