Tobi was found on the streets of California by my stepdad. He took him to the vet to find out that he had no microchip or tatoo, but had an owner since he knew how to fetch, sit and was housetrained. My stepfather coudn't keep him so he gave him to me. Tobi and I have been pals since then. He sleeps on my lap when I watch Tv and loves to run around the house, showing off his toys to guests and being the perky little pup he is.
