Sulley was the shyest and whitest of his litter and that's why we chose him. He was born and raised in a barn in the middle of winter. We got him at 6 weeks, and for the first month we had him, he wanted no part of the outdoors. We had to pick him up and carry him past the end of our cul-de-sac in order to walk him. He was also afraid of water until he was a year old. Now he can't get enough of the outdoors. We take him to the local dog park at least once a day and to the local beach on the weekends. Now we can't keep him out of the water, especially if we're throwing a ball for him. He barks too much and doesn't listen very well, but we love him madly just the same. He's got great friends and playmates in our cats Murray and Rudi.
